Shumpert is shooting 40% from 3 and shot 4/7 today. I'll give you the others though. However, when you are the superstar, you have to find a way to make it work. Superstars find a way to carry their team on their back. The Knicks didn't need him to completely carry them this entire series so the fact he couldn't even do it for one quarter is what's dissapointing. He played bad anubis. Plain and simple. I say this and I have been defending him a lot. However, he hasn't been great this entire series. He has to start playing like the star we need.

Who was going to make shots. The Knicks can't shoot. If you guard Melo and Melo have a bad game you allow for Felton to get his. JR Smith probably had his worst game.

No question this was JR's worst game of the season.

This was a complete vanishing act. They are playing like if they should win by default, and they have just woken up a wounded sleeping giant. Wounded because the Celtics are nowhere the powerhouse they once were, yet you couldn't close the deal at home?

Pathetic. Unacceptable performance from an immature team that would rather make stupid guarantees than actually letting their game talk for itself. They played like shumps tonight.

For the many times I've been proud of their play, even in defeat like Game 4, I was really ashamed of them this game and if they become the first team to blow a 3-0 lead, Melo, J.R and the rest of this roster can go _____ themselves.

If they lose this series Melo and the gang should be run out of town (Felton can stay). I would find it impossible to believe in Melo or the current roster ever again.

I said at the start of the series that I expected it to be a close, hard fought 7 game series. Then the first 3 games happened and suddenly I was expecting a sweep. Guess we all got a bit a head of ourselves. Celtics went down to the wire with the Heat last year- they play better than their talent level because a) they get into opponents heads big time- do not start trash talking with them because they will just annoy you to death, & b) the refs let them get away with dirty plays. This also gets into opposing players heads. As our weakness is losing our composure due to trash talking and physical play and refs, it's no wonder we're struggling.

I won't lie, I live in fear we'll be the first team to lose after leading 3-0, but lets see how game 6 goes before sweating it. I will say it feels like ages ago that we were a great offensive team...
