Our bench wore the Celtics down. Jeff Green became the invisible man in the second half.

During a grind of a series our quality depth will be the difference.

Who said Mike Woodson does not make adjustments?

Woodson let someone else bring up the ball and let Felton work off the ball. Great adjustment.

Usual suspects watched the game and will stay in the closet, they have nothing to say. Melo haterz are walking the plank on the george washington bridge
JAMES DOLAN on Isiah : He's a good friend of mine and of the organization and I will continue to solicit his views. He will always have strong ties to me and the team.

Jason Kidd, what a 4th quarter performance. And what a second half defensive performance overall. Great stuff.

Yep
Knicksfan: Hypocrite league that fines players after the game for flopping but in the game and with obvious flopping they call the fouls.

1-0!

GREAT game! Talk about grinding it out, and coming up big when it matters! Kidd with the steal of the game, JR adding a couple in the fourth, Kenyon filling our vacancy at C. Melo, for all his forces, hit some key shots.

Need to work on overall ball movement in game 2, and maybe Tyson will show up this time.

8 4th quarter points. Knickabockas!

I called it!!! ha ha ha 8 point in the 4th quarter for the Celtics! Pathetic!!!!

It feels great to get these jerks back from what they did to us last time we met in the playoffs.

3 more to go...

Well they are w/o the guy that averages 11assists a game.

Well, we were without our starting PG Billups and most of the series without Amar'e two seasons ago, so...

Also, Knicks were without their starting point. Prigs isn't Rondo but he is very good and makes the rotation work. Martin needs to play in this series. Not sure how you push Chandler out but there was a huge difference when Martin was on the floor.

When was the last time the Knicks were up 1-0 in a playoff series? Feeling euphoric.

Exactly, we need more of a threat or points in the paint to free up our shooters

Agreed on the ball movement but give the Celts credit, they had an excellent gameplan. Played Melo one on one and they hugged out shooters at the 3 point line. Tough for Melo to make a cross court pass when the rest of the team is on the weakside standing still. We nned to take a page out of Doc's playbook and get some weakside cutter....With that, how 'bout that defense!!!!!
