This game was a Bonn wet dream. Melo 2 FT attempts and Harden 16 FTS. Some serious TS right there!

Parsons with over 30points?

Parsons was amazing. I really like Budinger and was surprised last year when parsons beat him out for minutes.

I wasn't I wanted us to pick Parsons up in the second round with an additional pick or moving up with our second plus a purchase. He was extremely good at Florida and he was on my list of players to watch before the season started.

yep he was good last year just inconsistent. Had him on my fantasy team last year and this year so I've been keeping a close eye. He is good

I'm a UF fan so I wanted him and thought he would be perfect in MDA's offense but it didn't happen. People who do not know about him just as Kobe about Parsons. When Kobe gives you compliments as a rookie and seeks you out after a game you are doing something right.

it is funny on the clutch fans site, after one game I pretty much got on lin about having to work on his handle, and I gave props to parsons for playing well.. don't you know this one fan attacked me for criticizing lin and giving parsons props.. they love lin over there, and they really are not that in love with parsons.. they like him, but I feel they don't love him... I say send him here.. LOL

It is a great site. Similar to UK as far as passion goes. I used to go there after the McGrady trade to see what was being said about Hill.

you right about Melo need to control his anger
100%

But I'd be pis_sssed off too! If I'm a playa like Melo going to hoops & mixing my game with jumpers & post ups
and ya know what? I only got 2 FT attempt opportunities all nite long in Houston.

Referrees aint beat Knicks but refs are CROCK of S**hT

Melo Anthony is one of 10 best player/scores in league he never gets calls whether home OR road
he got to Free throw Line twice(2) tonite only

Think any vendatta ?going down on melo? or is it a NY Thing OR a David Sterns thang.
How can you be a top player and get so much disrespect NOT getting to FT line by these lame so-so referrees.

Same crap in Dallas, same all of Anthony's NY career. For a guy whom drives to basket he sure
gets fewest calls for a named-playa star

WTF?! Just got home from work and recorded the game so I can watch it. Went to NBA.com to check the box score and almost fell out of my chair. 131 points to Rockets? What is happening to our defense? We let Dallas run all over us, now the Rockets. This crap better stop with Detroit on Sunday!!

Rockets won. Lin played a good game. Melo reverting to immaturity.

Hope its not the trend.

Got stuck running errands and shopping all day. Just finished watching this game.

I have to think everyone on the team thought this would be an easy W and partied hard in H-town.

What happened to the lock down defense and the ball movement and the accuracy from downtown? Really gotta hope this game and the mavs game was the team getting too full of themselves and thinking they could just stroll in and beat down Dallas and Houston.

Let's try to elevate the level of discourse in this byeetch. Please

Same exact situation here. I couldn't believe it when I saw were were blown out. I'll watch the game tomorrow but I guess it's progress when the fact that the Knicks were blown out is met with surprise and not indifference as it has been in past years.

I really can''t believe Woodson just won't play Camby though. Seriously, an out of shape Camby is better than no Camby and Sheed at all. I certainly trust Camby out there over Tyson these days.
I thought what was so great about this team is that we ARE deep, which also means that there is competition for the minutes that one is given...and if one doesn't earn those minutes or aren't playing well, they can be given to someone who can be more productive. It's great that everyone get's along...but there's nothing wrong with a healthy sense of competition for the sake of winning either.

....sooo when's Amar'e coming back? There's no doubt he can help carry the offense for this team.

As far as this trend of Melo getting technicals, I hope he can find a way to calm himself and "turn the other cheek" because he plays best when he's relaxed and there's no better way to do that then accept the situation. If he's constantly driving to the basket... and not getting the calls, they can send that tape to the league office. However, if he keeps showing up the refs, he won't do himself any favors (Although, if I were in his place, I would want to show the refs what a fist to the face feels like first hand like Melo got in Dallas which really should have been a flagrant. I don't blame him for being mad at the no calls, I just want him to realize he can't allow that to lead to easy baskets for the opposition.)
In the spurs game, Melo was the one who got everyone to calm down before they came back to win it...he needs to be that Melo and lead in that fashion. Not the one who gets rattled.

Wow, I thought I read the score wrong. I thought Lin might break out but we would whip them. Seems we are coming back down to earth - perhaps since we don't have 2 nights off between games. Now things are going to get interesting.

Looks like a slice of Linsanity just ended Knicksanity.

The fears many of us spoke about regarding defense and this team just became a reality.

Someone posted in this thread already, but I think Knicks are in trouble with young running teams that can rebound and run all game.

True. Every team gets blown out. Even the Heat got blown out once or twice last season. But this can't be a regular occurrence. The Knicks proved early on that they can play defense. They just need to commit to it.

Lin looked terrible to me. It was a fast paced game so everything was a little inflated, but he looked awkward and made a lot of bad shots, bad misses and turnovers. This was not the Lin that lovers like u wanted to see.

I could stomach the loss to the Mavs because I think the Mavs are well coached and they have a winning record. Also, I thought the refs helped the Mavs slightly.

The loss to the Rockets though is totally disgusting. The Knicks except for Melo looked dis-interested. They played terrible defense. And, perhaps Woodson should have ran a double at Parsons at some point just to cool him off in the first half. I don't care if Parsons is not a superstar or a star. If a player is consistently killing you then you got to get the ball out of their hands.

I don't expect the Knicks to go 82-0. I expect them to lose a 20 to 30 games. However, I would like to see consistent effort. I will give the Rocket's credit. They totally demolished the NYK. It was not close. It was not competitive. The Rockets looked good out there.

As for Lin, he did not play bad and he did not play great. He helped his team though.

Have not posted much the last two games because I have been in NY for Thanksgiving with the family. Almost went to the Nets game last night but fu*# that franchise. I will say, Barclays Center looks AMAZING! WOW! I went to High School in that area (Brooklyn Tech) in the 90's. That whole area has changed massively. Every time I go back to downtown Brooklyn I am always amazed by the change.

there was no way the Knicks were going to win in Dallas and Houston on an Holiday on the road. They mailed it in and you know it when the defense doesn't show.

They showed up against the Mavs despite some defenses lapses. The effort was clearly there. They looked totally crappy against HOU.
