Report is a bruised muscle in his right chest. I didn't see him go out but... Makes you wonder if he would have his shoulder popped back in to play in a game like cope. Also the guys timeline for healing from his meniscus was quite a bit longer then some.

Ron Artest came back in like a month from meniscus surgery.

Brewer came back much quicker also.

exactly why I was hoping we'd get them in the 1st round.
I know you shouldn't take anything for granted but we've convincingly outplayed them every game this season, the series would be a walk in the park and would serve as a great "intro" to the playoffs and it would allow some of our guys to get comfortable in the rotation.

some credit has to go to the Pacers but honestly the Hawks are probably the weakest team in the playoffs, atleast the Bucks are playing hard.

Agreed the hawks got off to a good start in the beginning of the season and thats why they are where they are. I still think we match up well against the pacers. we beat them without tyson and martin

He's better than given credit for. A little wound up but very effective and plays high energy at all times.

Why MDA didn't go after Parsons after they traded Gallo I don't know. Maybe that was Grunny's or Walsh's fault.

I've seen some people knock McHale, but he's done a really good job coaching tonite. Went with a small lineup which got them back into the game and even played a little zone which slowed the Thunder down for a stretch.

A chest contusion is typically a bruised chest or bruising in the area in the vicinity of the chest not what you stated above...

What is a chest contusion?
A person with a chest contusion has a bruise to the chest wall. The bruise may involve the skin, ribs, or muscles of the chest wall. A more severe chest contusion may cause bleeding in the underlying muscle and subcutaneous tissues, resulting in a chest hematoma.

Lin missed all of the second half with what the team called a chest contusion, and his status is uncertain for Game 3 in Houston on Saturday.

From Jonathan Feigen of the Houston Chronicle:

X-rays were negative and he is hopeful that he could return on Saturday for Game 3 against the Oklahoma City Thunder, but as with his played return on Wednesday, he knew it was too soon to say.

Like I said, a chest contusion is a bruise. You claimed it was some sort of tear which it is NOT. The definition you posted uses the word BRUISE twice while not once making mention of a tear or tore or whatever it is that you previously claimed a contusion is.

LoL!
