If Brunson gave us a dozen or more Game 5 Haliburton's a season we would be in trouble. Every player is different. We can't run Brunson into the ground, but he's also built to carry the load. I do think having him go off ball and playing him with another PG at times is something that would make a huge difference. Thibs never leaned into 2 PG lineups with Brunson, but they were effective when he did. Whether it was playing with Quickley, McBride, even Payne! There was good lineup data. Brunson is excellent on catch and shoot plays and he doesn't get enough of those opportunities.

Caris LeVert or Spencer Dinwiddie. 2 bigger guards who can create offense, play next to Brunson, and are both quality defenders. Both are free agents. We could use one of them.

I don’t think he’s unhappy as he has just that lowkey personality. But I do think he’s the player who will be shopped for a legit star, along with Mitch. Those are the contracts that make sense.

He's complained about his offense role/touches all year long. And he was the most animated in his frustration with KAT on defense. He has kept it professional and measured though, so from the outside it doesn't seem like that big of a deal.

Always liked Portis too! We need an enforcer on this damn team!

Kuzma as bench player is not too bad.

NO trades Milwaukee's 1st back to dump Zion, Knicks trade OG and Mitch and a 1st and whatever swaps we got left, Knicks get Giannis
