Steve Novak?

Dudes were expecting him to come up big in the playoffs.

Their is a reason he was cut by Dallas.

Agreed Holfresh. I mean i blame our team more because they put themselves in this situation. They let many easy games get away that cost them a higher seed

Everybody blamed MDA when they were losing and Dolan gutted the whole roster.
the difference is he lost at an incredible rate again this year with this team. Woodson has won a lot of games and prior to facing the Heat with a depleted roster his record was stellar.

We will never know if things would have come together under MDA. They were obviously broken. But he could have gotten us the 8th seed and Chicago. Then again nobody knew Rose would go down.

I am surprised the Knicks didn't try to get the 8th seed to avoid Miami - they are defending ECF Champs.

Knicks had lost 6 straight when he resigned. I don't think there is much doubt that the Knicks would not have made the playoffs if he stayed. The Knicks lost to the freakin Heat. There is no way the Knicks go 17-7 to beat out Milwaukee if D'Anto stayed in my opinion.

I thought it was 18-6 with the 6 being mostly top teams (CLEVELAND ASIDE )

Nobody said he was dealt an easy hand.

The thing is he has not made it easier for players. He is not calling screens to free players.

Are you serious bro??..Novak is on lockdown period..He doest know how to get free..Can't blame that on the coach..Its why every other team cut him in the NBA..This is the playoffs..No gimmes

This is 100 percent true - he aint Ray Allen

Maybe we can get him for cheap now.

He still could have done better with a penetrating PG (or Lebron)

This is some BS. They never ran screens for Novak. They have plays to get Novak open and they haven't used them.

So how come MDA went 18-24..If the offensive genius knew how to run players off screens?

Melo is spent..Played the entire second half ..Bron was on the bench like 5 mins..

ooh ok..how come he didn't rest melo, actually when he did, the knicks took control of the game.

they iso ****s going to get tired real fast and woodson will get booed to alaska..so dress warm

The team was -25 with Melo on the floor and +8 with him off the floor. I'm pretty sure we could have afforded to rest him! Those 5 minutes he was on the bench were the only 5 min of the game that were fun.

Guess whos here??? Bonnie.

Congrats my friend - exactly as you wished

I don't think Woodson should come back. To much stagnation.

Woodson isnt the problem here. I like that he sticks with his stars and isn't a prima donna.

The Heat are no joke.

Bull**** bull**** bull****. I'm cursing like a sailor. Refs ****ed us again, btw, but not enough to cost us the game. We did it ourselves. Bull**** bull**** bull****. Tired of this garbage.
Wishing everyone well. I enjoyed posting here for a while, but as I matured I realized this forum isn't for me. We all evolve. Thanks for the memories everyone.

The probllem is i doubt Jackson is gonna coach again. I mean he barely came back for his last year. maybe I'm wrong I just feel he is gonna stay retired. Plus remmeber he coached some of the ebst players of all time so that makes it a littl easier
