They really missed Lin tonight. Also Douglas was horrid when he was on the court. I was a bit surprised that Woodson was so open with his displeasure with Toney but Toney can't play like that if the Knicks are going to have a chance at beating a team as good as the Bulls.

not surprised.. offense looks horrid when melo is not scoring a lot...that is the hallmark of a melo led team.. not surprised at this loss at all, and won't be surprised if we come out and beat the bucks by 10 tomorrow.... that is what this team is pretty much...

I hand Dolan about a hundred and fifty bucks every first week of the month.... :)

I agree, without PG I doubt we make it out of 1st round.

Oh shut up, I'm tried of you going into your talking points.

The Bulls are a good Defensive team and they killed us on the boards. Ball movement isn't going to make up for the fact that JR smith is the only real scoring we have off the bench or make Fields shoot better than 4-13. Guys had open shots and missed alot of them.

I thought they hustled and played good d. I think the absence of a competent point guard couldn't be overcome tonight. Nix said it, the defense was as good as Chicago's but the offense just wasn't up to par.

When Stat comes back, he wont come off the bench

But with stat all the opposing PG has to do is beat our own PGs off the dribble. Jeffries seems lost too.

You don't have to have a good PG in order to have good Ball and Player movement!!! Also PnR doesn't cost anything. We've had a slow and steady decline of the offense over time and it's going to show more against the good teams. Right now we'd be facing the Bulls and they will not make things easy for us on offense.

DUde they missed open shots and committed stupid turnovers. This games was so winnable if our 3 would have gone to the basket and someone could knock down a jumper. How many open skip passes was made with a miss or a miss after the swing pass. How many easy baskets Fields and Jeffries left on the board. Yes the pg play was horribble but there were so many open shots missed.

Add on the rebounds and you have a stupid loss. Melo as a point forward at the 4 may be the way to go.

You know it's a bad night when even our hustle players seem lost. But that's what separates us from teams like Boston. Much as I hate the celtics, they know how to play hard when it matters,

Yeah we know you've been saying this all along, that's all you do like a talking head.

We give up 18 offensive rebounds and get 16 points off the bench and what you wanna do??? Go right in to the same dumb ass talking points.

Great, yeah Pick and roll really would have helped the Knicks not give up 20 plus second chance points.

The Knicks scored 10 points in the 2nd. Sure they didn't rebound hard enough, but ending up with only 86 pts wasn't a good thing either. Their D wasn't that amazing in truth. We had 16 TO's and the Bulls had 27 assists. Our Offense was so off balance that we didn't get any offensive boards. That happens when you take tons of bad shots. Meanwhile their scrubs played smart team ball and that shows in the 27 assists.

You're a joke.

Those scrubs can take it to any team, their team minus Rose has about a .600 winning percentage and their defense is one of, if not the best. They're a very good team playing at home.......I'm out, you can go back to your talking points.

VS good teams all we need is someone to breakdown the D. This is why we looked like Pre-Linsanity Knicks tonight. We can get away with it vs bad teams but we will be exposed vs good teams unless we get hot from outside or melo is on fire.
