Scrappy defense anchored by Chandler.

Ball movement initiated by Lin and so contagious it elevates the game of everybody.

Im sure Amar'e will easily fit into this. Its Melo who has to balance his game with this game. And if he does, we will quickly recover record-wise.

This is who we are. This is how we have to be to be winners.

Loving it. But the thing that's in my mind is how Melo will put a fork in this and bring it to a grinding halt.

I hope I'm wrong, but...

He was changing his game to fit the team when he started getting hurt. Only fair to give the guy a chance to show that he can sustain it.

Yea, it's fair. But I'm afraid, as a fan, I'm not happy about Melo on this team.

We're 3-0 without the guy. Sure, Nets and Wiz, but also the Jazz. And the best basketball I've seen in a long time, from any team.

Pretty obvious is personal with you because you didn;t like the trade from jump.

Well its hasn't worked so far. Its obvious we are much better with an up tempo style. the ball movement is much better

I can't blame you, the stats don't lie as far as wins and losses. I just want to see how Melo does when the roster is more or less settled before possibly moving him. The great thing is that we won't have any problems finding takers who will offer quality players in return. How long has that been?

LOL, Melo isn't going anywhere. Stats do lie when we didn't have a PG. Let's see how Melo does with a real PG running the show before we start the trade Melo threads.

People talking about forget Baron but are they forgetting how much of an asset he will be as the second pg off the bench and the ability to play both of them on the floor together. This depends on if he is healthy.

Forget Baron as a savior or even a starting guard.

But if he can come back healthy, love Baron on this team to back-up Lin.

We haven't really seen Amare & Melo run with Lin yet. Give it a chance. They are better than Walker & JJ2

Worst case is we find out he doesn't fit on this team and we give him till the deadline to fit the team. If not we trade him to the nets for Williams and Brooks and maybe Humpries??

Williams/Lin
Brooks/Shump/Fields
Fields/Walker/Shump/Novak
Amare/Jorts/JJ/Humpries?
Chandler/JJ/Jorts

That's a sick team.

Please, I've been saying he should stay in every trade deal posted since he got here.

We have no choice, so let's hope for the best.

But if Melo waves Lin off even one time, I spit on that BS.

It's going to be interesting to see how the team adjusts once we get STAT and Melo back, but this is kind of a blessing cuz the role players are gaining ALL KINDS of confidence from this. They're getting better.

Im really happy with this team's recent play because of Lin. He has done exactly was we fans who argued we just needed a PG thought we needed. He has everybody playing in their true roles, which has us finally looking like a team.

Now, I don't want to wear him down. We need a backup for him. Shump should focus on polishing his SG skills. TD should be traded. Bibby should be waived.

The ball movement is better because we have a Point Guard!! Why is this so hard to understand. We look better because we have a point guard who is going north and south for a change, and collapsing the D and creating openings for his teammates. Lin has also added another scorer to this team that we desperately needed as well.

Check out the dynamics. In the beginning of the game Walker was still in Melo mode hoisting up 3's. He did not get the memo that this is Jeremy Lin Basketball now. When Walker was yanked and Novak & Shump were brought in the game changed

Why are we so flippin' negative all the time. We finally got the Point Guard we've all been crying for, and now people want to trade otherS off the team without giving them a chance. How about we get healthy and go to war with our new PG! Lets go KNICKS!!!!!
