PLEASE....enough already....put your cool aid down and take your rose colored Knick/D'Antoni glasses off and wake up (ZZZZZZZZZ) to the reality that this group as constructed and coached is simply not that good.
Dolan's got the fannies in the seats and the tickets are sold, BUT the product
is TOTALLY unacceptable.
First solution: D'Antoni has to go. Bring in somebody who actually knows how to put a winning product and system on the floor.
Second solution: Start Shump at PG and live with the results.
Third solution: Package Fields and TD for a better SG.
Fourth solution: Look to move Amare in the off season and eat some of the contract if necessary. Melo/Amare on the floor will NEVER work at the same time. But, Melo/Chandler/Shump clicks. We just need to find different pieces to complement them.
We are going to be in a battle to even MAKE the playoffs if this situation remains unchanged.
It's quite obvious to the astute basketball observer that Miami, Chicago, Boston, Orlando, Atlanta, Indiana and even Philly are all better than us right now. Hello 8th seed.
