On the Bright Side, NJ, Boston, And Toronto all lost big, we didn't get blown out, we just didn't execute on the end and yes, we had a couple questionable decisions by LB, this is the second time a Timeout was called in the remaining seconds to set up a play for the win. This is disappointing, but like I said we haven't been blown out, yet that is!.

Not possible for me to see anything positive about this. I don't care how other teams do because without a single freaking win we don't contend for anything. This was all about getting #1, and again it was freaking Larry Brown and his freaking soft team blowing the chance....

He tanked the game. That's unproffessional.

I agree that he tanked it. My question is: is he just trying to prove something to the players? Or is he aiming higher and trying to get Isiah fired?

I think Larry Brown is better, and smarter than that, but he has been making some really stupid decisions. This better be over soon

We need to tighten up this rotation soon, or else this is gonna take alot longer than i thought. i have been one of the people on this board preaching patiience, but tonight was probably the hardest lost of the 5 so far. I will say this the rotation is becoming clearer... no rose. jj, penny, and mo t and we'll live...
What happened to Travis Knight? What a waste!

No one should be blaming the players. The only reason Malik Rose comes in with 1 minute to go and the Knicks down 1 is to tank tank the game away. Brown is trying to force Zeke to make some trade here. Isiah should fire Brown now. He's a manipulator and he won't be happy until Zeke trades Crawford for Eric Snow and Marbury for Jalen. Brown is a joke.

Oh, and we are 0-5, thats practically being blown out in terms of record. I'd rather have a blow out but a win or two.... Pathetic...

These Knicks cannot play under the pressure of NY. I say coach Brown cannot win in New york, Isaih thomas will not win in New york. N.Y. is another beast. It's not that we don't have talent because we do. the problam is they choke under pressure. The pressure of the fans Media is so great the players are Bychin Big time. I have been a knick fan for a long time.. I am hoping that they turn it around but they look scared out there every last one of them Look at LB face
Does my faith show? Go Knicks!!!

he pointed out the marbury 3 from the top of the circle

we were up 2 at that time...

bad shot, but not hardly as bad as his coaching

I noticed that as well because GS came down and score to tie the game, also what is up with us not defending the three point line.. I mean the warriors must be one dumb ass team to take that many 3's shooting such a low %, but hey we let them..

Anyone who sits around and waits for the lottery to better themselves, either in real life or in sports, Is a Loser............... TKF

The only reason we're 0-5 is because Brown has decided that. We could/should have 2 wins right now. But Brown doesn't want to win the "wrong" way, only the "right" way. He's a pompous, arrogant moron.

This is what I don't get. It's conceivable, I guess, that he's been encouraged to showcase certain vets, and is overdoing it to get Zeke off his back. But I really see no excuse for making losers out of the guys who played to win tonight.

Where was David Lee tonight?

I think your right that he didn't like some of the decisions by the players down the stretch and didn't want to reward them for it.

it's easier to teach them after a win than after a loss, and at his advanced age, he should know that.

Lee played well aganist GS in NY. How come he didn't get PT while Rose played 7 min and killed the game?
How come Curry only takes 8 shots?
WHy is it that Crawford gets the last shot?

This is fuucked up.

I am glad they lost, since that is what most of you so-called fans what them to do, so there you have another loss, ARE YOU ALL HAPPY!. WELL YOU SHOULD BE, YOU ALL GOT WHAT YOU WANTED!.
This team will continue to lose, because it's fans expect them to lose, that is not what fans are all about you SUPPORT your team through thick and thin, you don't give up even if it is the most realistic thing to do.
Fight for your team, don't give up on them, thta is not what they need!.

Well, the Curry only getting 8 shots was the refs fault. Curry was abused all night. He didn't get any calls. But that doesn't mean you take him out of the game if you're Brown, you're just making it easier on the other team.

I'd rather see Marbury taking the last shot, but I was okay with the ball going to Craw. He had made a driving hoop to put them up 1 30 seconds earlier.

What kills me is Rose comes in the game, misses a huge jumper and then GSW dumps it right in to Foyle who hits a weak shot with no lift that goes right in over the 6'4" no leaping ability Rose. What a joke Larry Brown is.

it's cool, but I've been following Brown long enough to know he has ulterior motives. he'll lie through his teeth to the press and screw up the games to get rid of the guys he doesn't like. I saw him destroy a promising 76ers team, only to take a rag tag bunch to the Finals for one season where they had no chance to actually win it all. My dad is a huge 76ers fan, and he warned me about this. Brown is also obsessed with power plays with his GM. He didn't play Jalen in Indiana because Walsh traded Mark Jackson for Jalen. The Pacers missed the playoffs with Smits, Miller, Rose, the Davis Bros, McKey, etc in Brown's last season in Indiana. Brown left and Bird takes that exact team to the Eastern Finals and takes the Super Bulls to 7 games. Brown will force losses on teams to get the power and roster he wants. I'd hoped he was past that and would embrace his "dream" job, but like everything else, it apparently has to be on his terms.

Amen. I love how anyone can watch these games and blame the players. Channing and Eddy and David Lee weren't on the court, how could it possibly be their fault? The blame rests on the shoulders of the man manipulating the lineup to his ends.

Can't someone in the press mention this?

But if the players aren't playing how LB has been teaching them in practice, can you blame him for not rewarding them during a game? Maybe he pulled Curry because of the technical.
