His combine measurements are very very close to Mitch measurements at his combine.

Missi is ~1" shorter in height, wingspan and standing reach but he's actually 6 lbs heavier than Mitch was.

Seems to have a ton more natural basketball awareness than Mitch too

he's not going to be there unless we move up.

Watching some clips of K Ware and dare I say his body type, mannerisms and movement remind me of…………young Abdul Jabbar.

Not saying he’s Jabbar but that’s who his body and movement —- even the way he fights for post up and moves for his shot. Interesting player and think I read somewhere some teams have him in top 10.

In the Indiana Uni, looks more like Jared Jeffries than young "Alcindor".
Interesting? Perhaps your right.
His foot speed is for sure faster than young Kareem. The slim build is similar.

Still is amazing that no player really has tried to replicate the Sky hook! So dominant a weapon. I was looking for Ware getting the ball low post and seeing what he looked like. I did not see perhaps what you saw. Kareem would set up for the sky hook or a face up jumper shot. Also he could pass. Different game and era of Course.

The clips I was watching - when he was fighting for deep post position his process - the way he dipped into the body using his rear-end, feet spread wide, right hand held high calling for ball it just reminded me of Kareem. It really was just his overall movement and fluidness that flashed similar to Kareem's movement.

I've never seen him live - not sure if he is really good or a g-league guy but in the clips he's got some very nice offensive arsenal. Another thing his combine athletic testing in short area short shuttle and lane agility were very good.

Per NBA combine Ware measurements round to 7' height without shoes, 10.25" hands, 9'5' reach and 7'5" wingspan - 230 lbs.

Pretty good size but again don't know the player outside of a few highlights and comments that some teams have him top 10.

He would be a logical Achiuwa replacement with maybe more upside due to the shooting potential.

I will still beat the drum on Adem Bona. Sims athleticism with maybe more of Achiuwa's range.

Anyone like Jamal Shead? No shooting at all, but maybe Deuce level POA defense at PG with some ability to lead a real offense?

There is a "Grady Dick" joke somewhere.

Thibs would definitely get Bona watching Adem' tape. Switchability and recovery range with rim protection. Raw to useless on offense at this point.

He sounds good but the defensive limitions and athletic negatives worry me. We can't be taking on many more poor defenders. We have Randle, Brunson and Bogey to cover.

Now seeing his videos it looks like he would be the best bet for Thibs to play a big that can also space the floor. This is something we especially need to open the floor up and it looks like he is good enough on D for Thibs to work his magic on him. Sims has become useless so he can go. Plus the Nuggets pick after us so I don't care if they gave him a promise.

I'm more concerned about the Bucks with the pick right before us.

The Knicks might be able to extort the Nuggets for some second round picks if Holmes does reach us that far in the draft.

I have to tell you, for backup PG, I don’t worry too much about the defensive capabilities. Feel like that guy can’t be incompetent or really deficient but Brunson-esque level effort and execution is AOK with me especially when the second unit is so defensively capable. Mitch, Deuce, Hart, Precious. And then OG, Randle, DDV, iHart Sharing the floor too.

That’s solid enough and high capable PG, dribble drive, and PnR is more important to go with shooting.
