i watched him on d-league today...he wasn't bad at all

Not at all . . .

Fredette won't kill you on defense any more than jose, and if you play him 10-12 minutes. it doesn't matter as long as he's aggressive on O.

That's my opinion.

He'll be okay with the $50 million or whatever he's earned . . .

True...but he was once not too long ago one of the most fierce and dynamic power forwards in the game and now he's only a shell of himself and he's only 32. Sad.

After San Antonio (A):

Milwaukee (H)
Boston (H)
Brooklyn (A)

Winning 3 of those 4 is reasonable . . .
If we win 3 of next 4 . . . we will be at .500 after 41 games (half way point of season).

Would be nice return for effort . . .

One game at a time, bro...one game at a time.

That's how I'm going to try to think.

It's sad -- I'm not disagreeing.

But he got old and hurt by playing very well and making lots of money to enjoy for the rest of his life.

He should go do that, I say . . . and we should be happy for him.

So it has to be the starters plus William, Thomas, and Galloway . . .

Fish still needs to find D Will more minutes with the way he's playing lately...16 minutes is not enough.

more than enough. who's minutes should he take?

And, he is completely lost in the offense though still making some plays.

Idk...but he's being aggressive and carrying the offense when he's in there. He brings a dimension to this team we don't have...a hard slasher who gets to the line and is uber athletic..he even rebounded and defended well tonight..what does he have to do to get more run?

Good results tonight...that is all that matters to me. Coaches on the floor are looking at things we don't see because our eyes are usually on the ball.

Williams, from what I saw, played a very good game for the most part- probably one of the better players we have in terms of movement off the ball, and tonight he was an active rebounder and defender.

Somewhat of a freelancer at times, but I like the way he's been playing. Don't see them giving him more than 20MPG, though, unless certain other players are really having problems.

Agree w this. His game is growing/improving

Not sure why, but I was definitely surprised to see him play particularly well in rotations w Carmelo. Let's hope the growth continues.

He means Hasidic . . .

gotta get circumcised and I don't think that being jewish was that important anymore whats that was a requirement and now that he is in miami I heard that he became a cuban from his fathers side

They got an initiation ceremony for this?...assume that it involves a photo of Fidel and a cigar.

It's an 8 man rotation. It works. But they'll all die at that pace . . .

My biggest concern as well.

10 men needs to be the ideal rotation
And we don't have 10.

Bring up Fredette, I say . . .

Do we bring in Fredette or groom Grant?

I thought Fredette would be a good option, if we were still losing and needed a boost.

But it might be a better long term investment if we continue to work on Grants development.

Grant still have D.Will type potential. A long defender at the PG position, who can get to the rim.

Fish showing no confidence in jerian messing with his minutes game to game; you cannot develop that way. If that's the case, send him to the D league and bring up Fredette for some instant offense off the bench.

Fish is messing with KO, D Will, and Grant. These guys can be solid contributors, but they need more then 15 minutes per

I can't say that Fish is doing the wrong thing when the team just put up 3 great games with execution and defensive hustle!!! It's a process and it ain't easy developing a team!

I think it's safe to say that we haven't functioned so well as a team (last 3 games) since the Kidd Knicks of a few years ago.

Nah...Fisher is just messing with the W part of our W-L record in a very positive way.

So far . . . so good.

It's not that far . . . and not that good.

But it's on the way to there . . .

Btw...Amare is washed up; Tyson has been terrible lately and looks really old; Jr is still Jr; Shump has been nothing but injured...so far it looks like Uncle Phil knew what he was doing when he cleaned house.

I agree! This level of execution on both ends has been impressive!!! The chemistry has been great.

It's a great moral booster, too.

It shows what's possible.

That's very, very important . . .

You know how I feel right now after this awesome winning streak, like that guy in the Time Warner commercial (looks like Rolo) who's dancing while on hold to elevator music. Yes...I feel like I'm that in the zone.

I've talked about the "Zone" here before.

Triangle Culture is the only way to make the "Zone" something that you develope . . . and not something that just happens by accident.
