Hope it's awful like last time he was here...

Yes, because that had nothing to do with Michael Andrew D'Antoni, the man you loved to hate, and the man who made something out of a mediocre career Felton had before NY and still has after NY.

Felton did ok in Denver as well minus MDA...But what's important is he can run a pick and roll with Amare in any offense...That's more important than anything..

He was mediocre in Denver, like most of his career, and awful last year.

Felton worked well with Amare in MDA's system without Carmelo. Your assumption that they would continue where they left off without D'Antoni and with Carmelo is just that - an assumption. And a huge one at that.

Won't be the first huge assumption, Houston is betting big that Lin could be the man without MDA...

Lin played well without MDA........

Bro, other PG was eating him alive...Rondo, Parker, DWill the second time, Charlmers and Cole, Calderon,...People were getting ready off the hype, you saw it..Can u take a full year of that???

Bro, have you watched Raymond Felton play in his career? What, in your mind, makes you think he's going to do any better besides a half season of career basketball under D'Antoni? His defense is on par with Lin's if that's your argument. Plus he's fatter and slower.

hahaha...I saw u say that about Felton's defense before and I dont get it..he play decent defense...The only way we beat with the Heat is if we compete at every other position that's not Wade and Bron...Amare could better Bosh..Felton/Kidd could outdo Cole/Charlmers, Chandler better than their centers...Our bench is looking better but has work to do...Felton won't be manhandled by Charlmers...

You are using one game Lin had against the Heat as a barometer? "Hahaha"

Lin played well after D'Antoni. It wasn't Linsanity stats but nobody expected him to keep up the Linsanity streak. His defense isn't good and NEITHER IS FELTON'S. Not sure what's so hard to understand. Watch basketball outside of the Knicks, don't just tell me a statistic (which you haven't either). Bobcats fans didn't want Felton back and neither did Larry Brown. Larry Brown, the guy who preaches defense and who had Woodson on his staff in Detroit. He thought Felton was overweight and a poor defender...in the Bobcats only playoff season. And it's true, he's really not a good defender. But keep telling me he is. Maybe it'll come true.

No...He had horrible shooting stats during Linsanity but the game winning stats thumps everything..Look at the game against Minny...Rubio manhandled him like Charlmers..he was 1-10 in the first half but hit the game winning shot so its all good...He usually had poor shooting nights but no one cared...U could look it up yourself...

He shot 45% on the year, which is fine.

Felton has never shot above 43% besides a career year in NY.

If you're worried about 1 for 10's then get ready for a whole load of that with Brickmaster Flex Raymond Felton.

Rondo had a triple double where he almost score 20 in every category, a feat never seem in the NBA...There were games where he played poorly under MDA where MDA put him in late in games where he took every shot to pad his stats...Facts bro...u know I'm not here lying...

Rondo has a triple double against everyone. What are you talking about?

Statpadding? Jesus man, this is a joke. Whatever. I'm not going to argue with a guy who loves Dolan, Isiah, Marbury and the rest. Go believe Felton is better than Lin. Let me live in reality.

Okay bro, whatever you say. Rondo only killed the Knicks, nobody else. Lin sucks now. Felton would have prevented Rondo from his triple double. Let's sign Felton to put an end to Rondo's triple doubles with his stellar defense.

Yeah? And Lin's a rookie, while Felton is a mediocre, overweight veteran who has not grown as a player since he was drafted and had an awful last year. So there's that.

just saying - Felton and Lin have both looked best in D'Antoni's system. And Felton put up better numbers than Lin in that system acknowledge it or not. Lin is very very promising. Is he a max player? I dunno. I will be supremely disappointed if (when) they don't match.

Nobody made him out to be our savior. Now you're just making things up when confronted with facts.

You made it out like Felton is an infinitely better option than Lin, which he isn't. I argued that. That's all.

One guy had a great year last year. The other guy had a bad year and was fat. I'd much rather have Lin.

If reports are correct, Lin don't want to be here..This kid wants his own stage..He doesn't want to share it with Amare and Melo...And I disagree with you whole heatedly...Rooks aren't ready to make this run...Look at OKC young excellent players who wilted under the pressure...Felton is a vet and so is Kidd...Expecting a rookie to lead us is insane...

I gotta disagree with you about the Sprewell/Van Horn trade. That was one of the few shrewd deals that we made at the time. Van Horn was younger and better at that point in their careers. I love Spree as much as the next guy, but he pretty much fell apart in Minnesota. I wish we made more deals like the Van Horn deal. As for Dolan, I don't know. It's easy to say go over the luxury tax and pay two dollars for every one you spend over the cap. But I think that's a decision any sane person has to think over for a long time.

LOLfresh, has surpassed himself this time.

He wants Lin who made less the $1M last year to have stopped Rondo who made more than 10 times that. BUT - he thinks we need to match the HEAT at every position EXCEPT Lebron (no matter Lebron makes less money than LOLfresh's poor little Diva Bitch).

Your agenda is about as clear as your arguments are stupid.

Not saying you, but when many fans here threat on quitting the team if Lin, a guy promising but that in fact jas just a 25 stretch of good games on his resume, isn't matched, it says a lot about how they see him. People are talking about titles that can only come with Lin around. Talking about not contending if we lose him. I understand the caos because of the crazy process that this has been, but many here, again not saying you, seem to have put the savior tag on Lin.

I loved Linsanity as much as anyone. It was really something special. But truth is this situation has become so risky and unstable that I wouldn't be surprised by anything anymore. Still, I can only bleed orange and blue as a fan, whether Lin is or isn't there. Wonder about others here.
