This is a work in progress, OK, but that "new focus on defense" was nowhere to be seen tonight. WTF is Woodson doing? This team should be PROgressing, not REgressing on D. Dude needs to earn his paycheck.

We lost to the frikkin' BOBCATS, man. At home. The sooner we can move on and forget this game, the better.

The Mike Woodson thing is a joke D'Antoni is the only voice on the bench. His primary concern is the offense spacing and "shoot the ball" A good defensive coach coaches D in practice and in game. MDA will never make defense a perogative. I'm convinced Woodson is only there to take over as interim coach.

Dantoni never makes any adjustments in game. When u get lead down to 4..why not call a play so u make sure u get the right guy shooting it instead of just "going with the flow" and allowing your scrub starting pg to shoot terrible 3s without your stars touching the rock.

I know for sure this is Dantoni last year. More and more it's clear..steve Nash was the offense and this guy was just reaping the benefits.

You don't know what you're talking about!!! POINT BLANK!!! You wanna make final judgments after 6 games? This team has a lot of issues they're trying to work out, but they will get it straightened out. D'Antoni and Woodson have a lot more work to do with this team, but they'll get it done.

I'm sure dantoni has been here more than 6 games. Irregardlesd of how the team finally does I don't like his coaching and can see him easily getting out coached in a series. He just doesn't do enough coaching during the game and is a terrible game manager. He also doesn't get the best out of a team. When u see teams left and right over achieving and at least playing hard from start to finish it makes u wonder.He is too lax.

Knicks are getting everyone's A game. They need to know that everynight, they will be in for a fight. It's almost like the Heat last year, very similar, just that they have three all stars, two of which can run the point.

And the Felton team didnt play defense either. Never winning a championship this way. NEVER beating Miami/ Chicago/LA

Then u think of the old Knicks and they didn't have the best athletes but played great d. We have better athletes then that squad. Watch the games and you'll see it's his defensive philosophy. Everyone knows switching on defense should be a last resort. It just causes too much chaos. Leads to our poor rebounding also. U have guards trying to box out centers and power forwards.

Any coach would have switched Tyson Chandler on diaw in first quarter as soon as he hit his first 2 shots. Or went zone early to disrupt their flow. Or played shump with fields more since Henderson was shooting right over td so many times on switches.

+1 and Tyson just said in the post game the Knicks are out there improvising on defense. This whole team is a mess defensively highlighted by Amare who by the way learned how to play D from MDA
