problem is it is unlikely that curry would take less, as it's only happened once (according kby) with sean kemp.

also, any buyout would have to happen after he exercises his option in the early summer, which he is bound to do.

just thinking here, but if we do need that extra $1.7 mil for a max FA, it could be the Knicks negotiate a deal with Eddy for that much less, if he knows he can get that on the open market.

Quesstion there is where there a taker for Curry at $1.7 mil now.

i don't think Jordan Hill is untouchable... i just think trading a #8 lottery selection just to dump Fishlips contract is assinine... i would have felt the same way had we taken anyone else in the draft...
