You can certainly blame Woodson when you lose 3 straight games decisively in the playoffs. You need to be more competitive than this. This is getting absolutely dominated.

We all know that Grunwald does not want PJax

I like Woodson but I think he may have coached himself out of a job.

I dont know if you can put this all on woodon. I mean he is coaching a depleted roster against probably the toughest team in the playoffs. He still went 18-6 with a team that was in shambles. If he had the whole season we may have been in the top 3

I would agree with you IrishKnickFan if Woody would have made the right adjustments or any adjustments. We are making the same mistakes we have since game 1. The exception being he made it so melo does not only get the ball in the post for ISO he also gets it on the wing. I don't think we have run 1 play for Novak this entire series.

You are right Novak shoukd have gotten more plays run for him. Tyson has been sick all series which hurts bigtime. Im not saying Woody deserves no blame but he had a very tough job that i dont think anybody else could do including PJAX

Agreed Holfresh. I mean i blame our team more because they put themselves in this situation. They let many easy games get away that cost them a higher seed

Everybody blamed MDA when they were losing and Dolan gutted the whole roster.

Nobody said he was dealt an easy hand.

The thing is he has not made it easier for players. He is not calling screens to free players.

Totally disappointed in Stat. This season has just sucked for him. I hope for his sake and ours that he can get things together.

The commentators alluded to egos being a problem in NY and that may be part of why Stat isn't fitting in. If that's the reason we are in trouble. I thought it might only be basketball chemistry but maybe it's more.

I wouldn't be surprised if Jeffries is out on Sunday. He was grasping his knee after taking that last charge when he wnt out

Miami is setting screens to get their guys open if they need it, but we haven't done that at all. There was no kind of plan from what I could see. We also need Melo to just have a NUTS game shooting wise, but that didn't happen either. Just another lost opportunity in the playoffs. I can't take this.

the difference is he lost at an incredible rate again this year with this team. Woodson has won a lot of games and prior to facing the Heat with a depleted roster his record was stellar.

It is not just Melo but it falls on him. He has to get the others in rhythm early. It is hard but that is what he needs to do. Nobody cares about the obstacles it is all about how he performs to help a team win. unfortunately, he played horrible and was just trying too hard. The pressure is building and he knows it but he must deliver or he will never change his perception.

+1- it takes bench guys stepping up to make up for injured startes- these guys performed for Woodson and they should have come in again in the third

If you are still following the team and reading sites like this, there is nothing, short of your own demise, that is going to throw you off this train.

This is what we get for jumping to quickly on a plan B when we lost out on lebron in free agency. The bad part is that it will be exponentially harder to build a good roster since the new CBA regulations will kick in soon.
