If Lin is as good as you guys think he is he will be back. Knicks will overpay to get him.

The irony of people complaining about giving away possibly Shump and some draft picks for Lin would be just...priceless.

Maybe we work a three way with Toronto to get Fields back too?

He won't be able to walk too much by then but it will be such a sweet deal because we'll S&T for him paying the salary of 1 of the players going out, we'll give up draft picks, and another player the team will pretty much openly admit to cutting once trade is complete, and last but not least the last year of his multi-yr deal will be partially guaranteed.

Anyone think the Bulls are running out of gas without Rose now? I still think they are the least desirable first round matchup, but I think not having their main dude is catching up to them finally

Yea Thibs ran them into the ground jvg style. For that reason i am leaning towards them over boston if it comes down to playing either of the 2. Plus its going to take time to build chemistry with Rose if he ever gets back
