The crux of this bet are TKF and DK the same poster(which is understood the same human being) if Martin and/or Andrew were willing to get involved with IP tracking, this eliminates any possibility of shadiness.

The IP can be tracked to the Modem/Router/Switch whatever(identified as 2 different devices to a Mac/Hardware Address) potentially going through different IP Providers such as(Comcast/Century Link/Cox Communication) they all have unique identifiers for Internet traffic.

This eliminates any possibility of manipulating IP via DNS Scope/DHCP Assigning/or Static Entry
