Cool. We beat the Craptors by a last second 3 when we had 18 seconds on the clock. Lets all pop bottles.

Sorry but you are SO way off. Has this winning streak made you forget that even with both Melo and Amar'e, against crap teams missing a key player we still found a way to lose and in some nights by a lot? When did we win the championship recently that wins like the last two can be written off?

This is a condensed insane season where anything can happen. We just got Amar'e back, are still riding on the amazing play of Lin, just played a Raptors team that no matter their record have been playing nice lately, going to the wire with the Lakers, and you want to write this win off?

Some fans just love to criticize their team.

Even with a win and the team coming together some of us still have to be "Debbie Downers". I will enjoy the ride while it lasts!!! C'mon Man!

Guys I dont think you understand where Im coming from. If we had a front court of Deandre Jordan and Griffin I wouldn't care because we'd have a young team that can grow and do damage. Lin would have ample time to develop and we'd still be able to compete.

Chandler and Amare are both 29. I dont think we have 2-3 years to wait while guys develop for us.

How can anyone not like the last shot? We have it tied, after fighting to get back, we have the last possession, its a 0% risk 100% reward play for Lin to iso there, no risk of turnover, our worst possible scenario is another 5 minutes. Anyone who wanted to see "ball movement" on that last shot, or wanted to see an attempt earlier must be forgetting that the Raptors had 2 timeouts. That was probably the best end game management we've seen this year.

I didn't want to see an earlier shot. But I did want to see "ball movement." I think that "ball movement" wins games more often than a stationary "hold the ball for 17 seconds and have a .174 three point shooter put up a three." (http://www.basketball-reference.com/players/l/linje01.html )

Fair enough, we can't lose if we take the last shot. So I'm not advocating taking an earlier shot...just trying to get a higher percentage shot.

A poster was mentioning in another thread (JR thread) opposing Ds packing the paint to shut down the PnR, which the Raptors did pretty well and it seemed to open up alot of offensive opportunities for Bill Walker. This excites me because that's gonna be Melo instead of Walker in a couple more games.

Ball movement is great but not in that scenario. Theirs some percent chance they turn the ball over (like rubio did vs us the other night).

I rather wind the clock down the way Lin did than miss a shot and leave the other team enough time to call one of their 2 time outs, run a play, get a good shot off and win the game. If Lin had missed I would've taken my chances on caring the momentum into OT

Anubis, you've made some good points in this discussion. Let me just say this. Lin, right now, is the best point guard we have and right now, he's good enough to win. He does have things in his game that he needs to work on, but just about every point guard does. Certainly, every other point guard that's available to us has issues at least as serious as Lin.

Win with Lin. Go Knicks!

A few more highlights. This is so wild. I've been following the Knicks for 50 years and haven't seen anything like this since the 1969-70 Knicks.
