Lakers down 0-2 after having homecourt against Dallas? Are we in the Twilight Zone?

Then again, let's not forget the last time Dallas had a 2-0 lead in a big playoff series.

Lakers look like they are going to have a tough time tonight. Lots of drama for that team. It will be interesting to see what happens by the end of this game.

Now I'm convinced we're int he Twilight zone. The two time defending champions might get swept out by a team with a history of choking.

But, again, you have to get to 4 before they do. Don't want to be the first in NBA history to piss a 3-0 lead away.

Its not just Tyson Chandler. They are playing great. I thought they might turn the corner when they hired Rick Carlisle. Things seem to have come together for them. They have great size.

the game slows down, teams score less, defense wins championships. Mavs did have a huge night hitting threes though.

He was amazing tonight. The size and talent they have with Dirk, Tyson, Marion and hayward is a huge advantage.

OUCH! dirk was up 2-0 in that series before the refs totally jobbed dallas.

game 3 -- dallas loses by 2. miami shoots 34 FTs (wade went to the line 18 times), dallas 26 trips.
game 4 -- dallas gets killed. mia has +9 ft advantage.
game 5 -- dallas loses by 1. miami shoots 49 FTs, wade goes to line 25 times, which is the total amount for dallas.
game 6 -- dallas loses by 3. miami shoots 37 FTs to dallas 23. wade goes to the line 21 times on his own.

not going to say its all on the refs, obviously dallas had chances to win. but come on. wade shoots as many FTs as the entire dallas TEAM in 2 of those games!

i don't get why dirk gets hated on so much. the guy has career playoff averages of 25/10, he's been to the playoffs for like a decade straight, his team always wins 50 games, he's an MVP. they got punked by the warriors one year but does that really make dirk a complete dog? if dirk weren't 32 years old i'd take him easily over melo as a franchise guy.

dallas gives up a late 15-point lead in a game 3 loss.

dirk makes 20 of his last 55 shots in the final 3 games as the mavericks lose the finals series 4–2 to the heat.
