Hunter is where he always is, injured.

I think Bridges was largely misused the entire season. We didn't have Mitch, so we can give Thibs a little slack, but Bridges really needed to be running the second unit with Brunson on the bench getting more offensive looks. The starters are better split up when OG /Bridges can become the second option.

Hopefully when we take care of business we give Jalen a break the next series and let Hart and Bridges bring the ball up so we don't have Brunson taking illegal contact and body blows like last year...

Ok so why do we need cam Payne in the game if Mikal can run the offense, and deuce is the backup combo guard.

Been saying this all year. But Thibs will be Thibs and none of us can argue with his success so far. So what do we know. 🤷‍♂️

Mikal needs 2+ minutes from his personal hype man

And a few chest bumps from PJ Tucker? OK Leon, it's all making since now.

Bucks pick came in at 19 and the Knicks at 26. Knicks still owe picks in 27,29,31 and a swap in 28. Brunson and OG are guaranteed until 28, with a player option in 29.

Knicks can sign Mikal for a 3 year extension but only for 113 million because they are limited by CBA to offering 140% in the first year. Oddly, that amount is almost exactly equal to what Brunson would be making (about 1 million less per season).

I think it's pretty clear what everyone was thinking when the Knicks made that trade and extended Brunson.

If Bridges can play like he did in game 4 more consistently, Knicks upside is huge. Look OG is a terrific defender, and a good offensive player sometimes, but he'll never be dependable to be a consistent 20 pt scorer. Just missing the coordination/handles to create his own shot. Too many balls dribbled off his knee, too many passes fumbled, too many timid fakes followed by a missed bunny or a block. However, when Bridges is on, he looks elite. That middie is a thing of beauty. Rip Hamilton anyone?

Yea it's rare to see a non superstar with the mid range game that Bridges has. That's a superstar NBA talent. He is more skilled than OG on offense which is why OG being the more dependable scorer all year and majority of playoffs has been alarming and made people annoyed with Mikal. But Mikal has delivered when it matters and there is no denying his skillset. He's a winning player that has to figure out how to be consistent on this team. This team needs that reliable shot creation so badly and he should be thriving.

How about Tyus Jones who was on the vet min in Phoenix? I don’t know his game but that would be a prime opportunity for him to shine again?

Lot of debates about his "bag," but I think Tyler Kolek had a more than decent chance of achieving Tyus Jones level productivity

Agree. Was starting to show improvement on D when he got benched. Im guessing we will see a better finisher next season, if Kolek is still here.

Some players are late bloomers. As we have seen from former Knicks.

Confusing Kal has played 9 games and almost 400 minutes against Boston without making a single free throw this year .

OG's limitations were on FULL display tonight. Offensive ZERO tonight. I don't know how that level of player gets a $40M contract. NBA is crazy.

Keep saying to my buddies how he seems like a player who never worked on shiftiness, drawing fouls. Just catch and shoot or drive and pull up.
Needs to add that. Especially around the basket. Strange since he sees one of the best at it in Brunson.!

That’s crazy. You’d expect something even from his jump shots
