This is true. The Lakers have been exposed which for them in the long run is a good thing. Now management knows what they actually have. The Role players are DREADFUL and many of the key players are old and a step slower. They're gonna have to improve the roster.

Still the Knicks better pick it up minus Melo, cuz this game isn't over.

I don't want to sound like Captain Hindsight, but I sort of saw this coming (especially with D'Antoni's appointment). It'll go sort of like the Heat, only not as fast/strong. The "1st" year they get the star(s), suffer without a bench, "2nd" year they build the team around the star(s)

Exactly! You have Kobe, Gasol, Nash and D. Howard. Their not NBA quality players? They should've never fired Mike Brown or gave Phil Jackson what he wanted. They are not playing to their players strengths

i said 5.. they are missing nash and gasol, the rest of that team is not very good.... are nash and gasol available to play? no, so the lakers don't have 5 Nba players even when nash gets back, they have no gasol..... right now, it is kobe, dwight and an artest that is not close to what he was a couple of years ago..

I still think its convenient. They are not playing to their strengths. This could be a winning team. Our team could easily be in same situation with the wrong coach. Dwight Howard with some scrubs did better than this and weren't losing to the Cavs. You still have Kobe and Howard.
