Ditto.

We are watching History take place

Already miss Gallo but can't complain on what we got

Billups makes deal worth while

He raises the collective IQ of this team.

This was just his first night

Right off the plane

Hope we can add the last few pieces tomorrow

Me too but considering what we just got in Melo and Billups, I can be patient.

Very active trading season with scare over CBA

CP3 tomorrow would be great!!

KNICKS on the way UP!!!

Doc Rivers, Derek Harper.....That long ago.

I loved both of those guys but I think Chauncey might be a bit better. I was a big Jackson fan when Doc came and a big Doc fan when Derek came so there was an adjustment period for me. I am on board with Chauncey right now. He is a huge upgrade.

I loved Marky J , Harper , Rivers , Strickland and Now Mr big shot as my fav Knick PG in the last 30 years

It was sad when Doc blew out his knee, we were real lucky to get Harper. Anyone remember the commercial Jax and Strickland did together for MSG? I will try to dig it up.

This debut was much better. I saw many positive signs tonight. We just need some more good pieces, especially a center.

Good win.

I thought we won and he had 17 ast, but i do remember him saying the exact samething melo said...'THIS IS A DREAM COME TRUE"

We lost against the Rockets - badly. 40 points. Marbury was awful. I'm pretty sure he was scoreless.

Had to look it up after you mentioned it.

These guys were tired and literally just walked onto the court and got it done. Just imagine how much better they can be with some practice?

The Knicks now have two of the toughest guys for a team to handle on offense with Anthony and Stoudamire. This team could make some noise in the playoffs. What a duo.

Stoudemire needs to stop bitching and calm down

Negative reputations are difficult to shake among the refs

Yeah he has a real issue with that..When you complain about foul calls in the All-Star game you know you need anger management.

He sure does have fire, as well as talent. Same with Amar'e (and to a lesser degree, Chauncey).

Back in he day, I used to say the same about some of the difference-makers who used to rep the Knicks. Now I see the same and say the same about Amar'e and Carmelo.

Solid win tonight. As they gel down the stretch, we're going to be impossible for teams to efficiently defend against.

We still need that defensive center, though. DW is still working the phones... I'm curious to see what trade-deadline rabbits he can pull out of his hat.

Another season, and more adversity to persevere through. We will get the job done, even BETTER than last year. GO KNICKS!

Some Swishing but not much dishing. Its gonna take a while.

In fact my expectations are low for the rest of the year. It takes time to build the movement back in. Billups is a good guard but they have to figure out what they got and how to make it work.

Not hating, just being real.

The talent is there.

Amare's offensive fouls was similar to the problems he had early this season.

Road trip coming and its not gonna be easy.

All wins are good wins.

Bucks are a good defensive team. Also they ended up with 20 assists..not bad for the first game. But yes..a week's worth of practice is needed to get on the same page.

MVP huh?

Balkman averaged 9.6 points, 6.3 rebounds and 1.7 steals per game for the Gamecocks last season and was named the MVP of the NIT Championship as South Carolina won its second straight title in the tournament.

Knicks still lack size...

Melo is an elite scorer..

Our ball movement suffered tonight.

TD was huge

Amare looks giddy..

This team with gallo, moz and chandler would have been killer..... just couldn't wait huh melo?

good win..
