I dont think isles called nate dumb becuase he's black, but rather becuase he seems to resent every member of the knicks. and also do the knicks even have any white players?

Wow, I've never seen someone make such an excuse for a first overall pick before.

It looks like the Knicks gave up early in the 4th because no matter what they did, they couldn't/wouldn't stop the Bucks from scoring. Both teams over 50% shooting and the Bucks with 12 3-pointers. Sometimes under those circumstances, you just give up......unfortunately.

Isles is not a racist. I met the guy at the season opener. Cool cat.

People take what is said in chat areas too seriously. Isles is has his opinion. He is a good addition to the board. Showing up to the season opener shows what type of guy he is.

That's my two cents since I'm no where near a television with msg on it.

People laughed at Isiah when he said Frye was the best big in the draft. Frye: 30 pts, 7 rbs. Bogut: 4 Pts, 5 rbs

Frye is a better shooter, but that's all right now. They are two different types of players, Bogut will be a true big, Frye is not. Frye played almost 20 more minutes than Bogut and took 14 more shots, Frye had an awesome game but it is so lame to play the Frye vs. Bogut card.

Gotta agree with Knight here. I love Frye but right now, his game is mid-range offensively and not much else. Bogut is an extremely well-rounded, as is Frye, but I think Bogut is more well-rounded in rebounding and post-play. This is no way a dig at Frye, just what I see and have seen from the 2 guys for the past 3 years.

He's a jackass who insulted me the first time he ever posted to me. It was when I had info the Curry trade would go through.

They are both really good I think, but I think they have really different strengths.

Got our ass kicked. TKF, we got our ass kicked.

are you calling me out? I mean we sure did. I didn't expect it, but I will live with this, we are young, AD and rose didn't play. We lost steam when mo taylor and JJ came in and let gadzurich go bannanas.... that was the game... I can live with that for now.. we need a PG.... I must admit that... I can't defend marbury anymore the way I used to... not as a PG...

nothing that i see makes me have any change of opinion. i think we are going in the right direction BUT

i do not think for one minute that the roster left alone--left to mature would EVER EVER be close to a big time team

very low IQ team all over the board

i like eddie curry, but mike breen was wrong--we possibly gave away 2 high lottery picks 2 2nd rounders plus Sweetney and there is no doubt that a lot of that extra stuff was to keep david lee out of the deal

that could come back to haunt this franchise like no tomorrow.

i dont know what to say, do i keep making excuses for the inconsistnet jamal crawford?

do i think q-rich is a consistent player?

do we have any big time 6th man types

do we have any good rebounders in the low post?

our ideology to deals and the players we have brough back has been awful

I didnt like the ending contract 90 picks when it first happened with marbury and I dont like it now.

if we stayed away from marbury and built through the draft and headed for FA--we probably would be farther along--we wouldve likely still got frye--probably had the cap room to just sign curry

i dont know i do know we are flat out a bottom team in this league anyone who statses otherwise is wrong.

$ for $ we are the worst team in pro sports 4-5 years running and I see no end in sight.

Knight are you trying to argue for prick sake. Bogut had to be taken off Frye because Frye was burning him. Bogut couldn't dominate in your so call post. Bonn gave you the box score numbers. No contest. Redd and Frye were the two best players by far. Right now Bogut isn't even in Frye class. You can't even use the experience factor because Bogut was playing international ball for years. Bogut is not athlethic enough to be a player that you suggest.

I think Bogut could become a more well rounded center who does things to win games but I gotta say that right now Frye is better. I rather have Frye then wait for Bogut to fully reach his potential. It could take a few years

comparing frye and bgut is as stupid as it gets. number 1 they play completely different positions and the bIg number 2 Bogut has serious talent around him, many better options than the Knicks Bogut isnt going to shoot the ball 20 times, he might not even get 25 minutes every night with gadzuric and kukoc--why because they are a team.

Short but sweet TKF. I agree with you on all aspects. I know Mo Taylor and JJ have to play becuase they are going to be trade bait so they have to play and we have to live with it for now, but there is NO WAY Gadzuric should have the game he did, I don't care who is guarding him. It didn't even seem like Steph was out there tonight

Are some of you really Knick fans?
islander fans like the nets.

That's why you can't what he says serious.

Take the racism seriously.

You guys are a bunch of class acts. I guess the Knicks are losing big so it's time to slander. Real nice.

It's not defamation of character, it's definition of character.

Based on what exactly

Your propensity to jump on every mistake some of the black players make and then impute nefarious motives, while overlooking similar mistakes from white players.

[Edited by - Rich on 12-12-2005 9:47 PM]

Wow, that's your basis for calling me a racist? You're an idiot. You want nefarious motives? Look in the mirror you moron.

Frye was on fire tonight, all the other stats were equal which is sad because Frye played 17 more minutes.
