Guns, couldn't agree more about the defense part of the equation. This love affair with "Q" is driving me nuts. The guy has done nothing and if he was a hot commodity the Suns who are real close would keep him. He reminds me of Kendall Gill, but worse defensively.
We could be the Dallas Mavs of the East.

and I'm the one who recieved 0 votes for GM of the Knicks

it seems no one gives a damn about defense, except a few here, but if you look closely only teams who play defense have success in the Playoffs. Its not that hard to see!

Marbury
Richardson
Artest
Sweetney
Frye

Hopefully Isiah can use his trade bait - Crawford, Ariza, contracts of Tim and Penny, tons of picks - in some combination to make a deal to bring Ron home.

I would love to have a team has tough defensively as the Pistons. We used to be like them many years ago...

I don't see any line up that we can put on the floor that we can win with, so that's why Im interested in Bynum. It's a foolish mistake to keep your club in the middle . Fcking roll the dice a bit instead of getting retreads, the unwanted, everyone's else's cap fodder and then drafting *safe* players.

what line up are we putting out

frye
sweetney
q
crawford
marbury?

were gonna get killed!

this is nice and all.... but more interesting would be:

Who are the Knicks starting 5 at the END of next year? After the Penny/TT trades.

Reading this:

However, they are not sure they can re-sign Hunter at the price they want. They are believed to be offering $1.6 million, and Hunter is rumored to want twice as much. The 6-foot-9 Thomas, who can play center and forward, averaged a double-double last season.

Does this mean he would sign with the knicks for $3.2 million?

Its true that he hasn't done anything yet in the league butit isn't the whole MLE so it would be a nice price to get him. Isiah, a Phoenix players' lover, should have Hunter on his wish list...

I'd still think he was a chump. I'd never sign him for anything near what he's making, or even half that.

TT will play nice next year, but He is not to be trusted.

He is soft, he has a big mouth, he does not back up his words or intent.

He does not rebound, and is scared to use his body.

In one word: GAZY!

PG - Marbury - Crawford
SG - Richardson - Crawford
SF - T Thomas - Ariza
PF - Sweetney - Blatche - Rose - JYD
C - Bynum - Rose - Butler

Retire Houston
Use Waiver option on Penny
Start a huge athletic future with Blatche and Bynum, if either one works out it would be amazing
Alan Hahn: Nate Robinson has been on a ridonkulous scoring tear lately (remember when he couldn't hit Jerome James with a Big Mac in early January?)
