First, we trade KT to Houston for Weatherspoon, Malick Badiane and the 24th pick.

Second, we trade Jamal Crawford, Mike Sweetney, the 54th pick for Nene Hilario, Fransisco Elson, Eduardo Najera, the 20th and 22nd pick.

Like TMS I would just hold on to the 2nd pick and draft Marvin Williams. With 8 I would take Bynum. Then I would try to move up in the draft using Kurt and the 30 pick as the bait, maybe a team like Minnesota would bite with pick 14. If I got pick 14, I would use that on Martell Webster if he is still there. That would give you something like

PG- Jamal Crawford
SG- Martell Webster
SF- Marvin Williams
PF- Sweets
C- Andrew Bynum

i got no problem w/that plan either (except for Sweetney...i want more athleticism at that position if we're going to have Bynum at C)

Where does Houston fit in your plan. You want to keep him? He should be the first Knick traded.

As TMS said, no one will want to trade for Houston. I would just play him off the bench and hopefully he would be able to give Webster some pointers. Nothing else you can do other than keeping him until his contract expires in 2 years.
