make that the 6 headed monster because Jackie is a PF who we need to make room for. Anyone who doubs that Butler is a 6-9 at best PF check that recent team picture again

Here is the link to the NBA pre-draft camp measurements for last year.

http://www.insidehoops.com/chicago-camp-measurements.shtml

Jackie Butler
Ht W/O Shoes - 6'8"
Ht W Shoes - 6'9.5"
Weight - 263
Wingspan - 7'1.5"

Standing Reach - 9'1"

Here is Trevor Ariza's
Ht W/O Shoes - 6'7"
Ht W Shoes - 6'8.25"
Weight - 201
Wingspan - 7'2"
Standing Reach - 8'11.5"

Dang. He isn't that much taller and longer than Trevor. Trevor has the longer wingspan!

Sweetney also has a bigger winspan at 7-2 and he's 1-2inches shorter. Butler is a PF in the NBA plain and simple. He can get away with playing Center in the CBA but not in the nba. He's good in the post but he's not long or athletic enough. We have to get rid of the KTs and maliks of the world and make room for this kid!

you guys don't think he may have grown a half inch at least since the draft last year? is 6'10 a legit center? that height range is a middle ground, but i would go with what coaches and scouts know based on game and relative sizes, not what we fans know from the internet. in any case, butler needs to get off the bench before we worry about what position he's gonna play.

I think it was between 6'7 and 6'7 1/2"; I think I have it bookmarked at home. I just looked at the 2004 predraft camp measurements. You know without shoes on, Dwight Howard is only 6'9"? He was one-fourth of an inch taller than Emeka Okafor.
