i'm not assuming a thing...i'm merely saying i would prefer to trade for Kwame if i could rather than using the MLE on him...if WAS doesn't want KT, that's fine...i still say signing Kwame to a full MLE is a risk that i might not want to take, but value for value it wouldn't be that bad of a move either...just want to unload a contract before taking on another full MLE type deal if possible.

I agree. Kurt for Kwame is a deal that I would do to, but I am not sure that the Knicks will get that lucky.....If Isiah was to be able to do such a deal, I would hope that he wouldn't offer too much money for a guy who has yet to prove that he can play in this league. Atlanta has a much better chance at acquiring Kwame than the Knicks..
