that is how they do black coaches in this league...regardless of how big of a name you are, you don't get that many chances to make an impression....When you are black, you are doomed in this society...

honestly, we don't want to start talking about race in this forum do we? I can think of about just as many "coaches" black or white that have gotten the same deal
