The reason we don't run is becaue we hardly get any stops.

Thats hardly the reason, most running teams don't get stops either, and are usually a poor defensive team such as ourselves. The fact of the matter is they run and score when they have the ball, doesn't matter if the oppositon scores every time down. The way i see it, most running teams tend to tighen up there D in the last two minutes of a quarter. Other then that there running and moving all round the quart on the offensive end.

Steph walks, waits, everybody stands around and waits until the pick and roll play either works or fails, and that takes up at least 18 seconds on the clock, plus your down.... Come on.. how many times did you see that last night..

The game is suppose to be about running, moving around, up and down, back and forth.

IMO This was never a game where defense won until the pistons championship era.
It's suppose to be free flowing game, which is why they league keeps trying knew ways to make that happen. This one on one half court sht is ridiculous especially when you don't have the right coach and/or effecient talant.
