How can you guy's forsee anything in the east. Every team is an injury away from the lottery incuding the Heat. The only team with a significant amount of talant to withstand a serious injury is Detriot.

The only thing I'm hoping for is Chemistry, which can over shadow the fact that were ridiculouly short and have nothing close to a center.

TT and Allan Houston's production is the only way we make the playoffs and do some damage. Without allan were one round and out, without TT at the top of his game for the rest of the regular season, were not even making the playoffs.

Jeff Nelson.........he wasn't playing the role he's playing now. Steve is kinds the shooting guard now. This game will be tough but I agree....this will be a season defining win. If the Knicks beat Orlando that momentum can catapult them into something big.

Now lets see the last time we played them at home we basically controlled the game from tip off. I seriously doubt that will happen again because with these days off this will hurt our team. We will start slow cause we won't have any momentum. So this game will be close and this time we won't have Cuttino killing us from the three. A high scoring game: Knicks 125 - Orlando 114.

Nets lost and the Pacers are getting blown out. Also Jermaine O'Neal might miss a few weeks, he dislocated his shoulder. That could be huge for our playoff hopes

Eny you mean Jameer Nelson right? He's starting lately and doing very well for the Magic.

See, I was right once again about Indy. They were dealt a very big blow last night with the injury of JO. Teams will continue to slide, Cleveland is next. We are more than alive in this race. The Knicks just have to take care of their buziness and everything will work themselves out.....Win tonight, win. Knicks 98 Orlando 78. Marburry will brake out of his slump, and look for one of the new comers to have a huge game....Mo Taylor maybe???

Looking at their roster, it is natural to think that they will make the playoffs. However, they have had such bad luck all season long, there is no telling wheter or not they can make it. Adds are not looking good for them at all, mainly because they are losing games that they should have won....They are desperately missing Artest...

no way... you have 4 teams from the East making it... realisticly one will make it. Look at Indy's roster. Not only might they get Artest back but even if they dont Oneil, Jackson, Tinsley, Reggie Miller is better than any combo in the East.

Contrary to popular beliefs, the Knicks really needed the rest, mainly because that gave Herb a little time to implement his defensive strategy. Also Marb had enough time to rest his sore body, which will help him on both end of the court tonight. I expect this Knicks team to be very agressive from start to finish, because we are a totally different team right now....

If you are a playoff hopefull (opposed to a lottery hopefull) root for the Knicks tonight and Portland (vs Indiana). If all goes well the Knicks will only be 3 games out of the last playoff spot.

But, let's be real here, fellas. Look at their freaking schedule in March. Two games against the Sonics. Two against Shaq/Wade. Two games against the Baron Davis Warriors.

@ORL
GSW
WAS
SEA
MIA
@ATL
@MIA
SAN
BOS
@SEA
@POR
@GSW
@LAL

That's a tough schedule. I'm thinking by the time Seattle blows us out to kick off the Western trip we'll be sunk. April gets a little better, but I'm thinking the BEST we can do in March is 5-8. I'm happy to see them playing better, but all the good games have been at home. They've been WRETCHED on the road this year. Four wins at the buzzer, three wins against bad teams (Orl, NJN before Vince and New Orleans without Baron) and TWENTY ONE LOSSES. This team is bad on the road. And we have a lot of tough road games. Not to mention tough home games (SAN, BOS, SEA, MIA, ugh)...

Aw, I knew I forgot something!
I'll say Marbury and Francis try to outdo eachother.
Marbury 32 points, 8 assists
Francis 27 points, 7 assists, 7 rebounds

Knicks need to settle down. Why is it that our shooters are not shooting the ball? TT only took 2 shots, and why is Crawf taking 4 3s???? That boy needs to take a sit and learn how to play the game. He is not a three point shooter, somebody needs to tell him to layoff of the 3s
