BRIGGS could have been guessing? As estimation perhaps? No need to come down on him lol
that makes sense. 275 mil is a nice round number that would naturally come to my mind. Just like Houston being 36 years old. It has nothing to do with a pattern of exaggerating.

Let's round up and just say Houston is 42 years old.
Wishing everyone well. I enjoyed posting here for a while, but as I matured I realized this forum isn't for me. We all evolve. Thanks for the memories everyone.

Whatever suits your fancy. Speaking of rounding up, if we round up, the Knicks are a .500 team. Woo.

Houston plays like he's 42 years old, so in a way, that's not an exageration

well, actually.....he added $200 million in payroll to a team already over the cap, so when you add the dollar for dollar luxury tax, Isiah probably did add around $400 million in payroll expenses. But, I swear I saw some steam coming off the Garden last night...might have been from Dolan's forehead, can't be sure...

Marbury doesnt suck, he has great one on one talents.

However he is a team cancer.

His attitude destroys teams. Everywehre he goes, team do even worse then there worst expectation. It takes him about a year to turn everything into ruin.

Every team he goes to hits rock bottom.

He is a jerk who doesnt play any defense, or even try, hates on his teammates, freezes people out of the offense, and just simply doesnt know how to play NBA ball.

Put him into an AND1 mixtape tour where he can rail on whoever he wants and raise TV ratings with his drama, or something like that, and he will do great. Put Craw in there too, he will the best dribbler they got, and you don't have to actually do something as stupid as making your shot after a sick dribble.

I don't buy that Marbury is a cancer. Maybe its just me. No he isn't Allan Houston when it comes to professionalism. But I don't feel he has reached the level of cancer. I think after the injuries to Crawford & Tim Thomas & Penny & Sweetney and the fact that Houston had to be force to play more than he what was expected. Then having to shut it down. The Knicks were headed for a fall reguardless. And the continuation of the fall even after Crawford & Sweetney came back has been due to the fact that the team wasn't able to recover from the losing that many games in a row and that many heart breakers down the stretch. The confidence just isn't there. And losing magnifies everything.

If we had a stud big man I can bet you a lot of our problems mysteriously go away.

This mentality The Knicks have goes back to that game in dallas when we loss by 2.
The fact of the matter is, they thought that tough close loss would benefit them in the future and prepare them. But all it every did was keep them from ever having the confidence to finish close games, the trend may have look like it ended when JC shot the lucky buzzer beater against houston, but take a look at the close games that followed the rockets game, and notice the trend.

This team has ZERO confidence, when things go south ( such as losing a decent lead) so does there confidence.
Marbury is not just a cancer, he's cluesless without a perimeter spot up guy, or a post up player. Without that, he's not nearly as
Effective, especially when they play zone. Thats probably the main reason he gets so fustrated.
