What I don't get is. Wouldn't that incident be all over the paper??? And wouldn't the people covering the game have brought that up??? That Marbury & KT were argueing and have to be restrained from each other???

Watching the game after KT hit his FT Marbury went up to him to slap him five. Marbury also didn't hesitate to give him the ball when he was open. When Marbury had the ball and Jaric decided to push up on Marbury. KT ran up to set a pick for him to free him up.

It started apparently because Kurt was pissed off at Steph for either dribbling too much or taking a bad shot on a recent possession, and saying so to Steph.

Steph: "F**k you man."

Steph is wrong if its true. But I also would like to know what KT said to Marbury.

HOw can Steph be a leader or a franchise type of guy when he only have garbage type players around him???? Garnett is a great player, but he could never carry the Wolves to the playoffs not until the arrival of guys like Spree and Cassell....Steph looked might good with Amare at the 4 and Marion and JJ around....He was at his best because he knew that his teammates had his back.....Who can he count on with the Knicks??? Crawf,Kurt,Nazr, Houston, TT??????? Comeon....

thing is i have a feeling Stephon could kick KT's arse if he wanted to...you don't mess w/guys built like a pitbull, especially when you're as tall, lanky & slow as KT is...i don't think anyone on the team intimidates Stephon to tell you the truth, which is a big part of the reason why he's never had to humble himself...the only one in the Knicks' franchise that i think Stephon TRULY respects is Isiah...that's why i wish Isiah would just take over as head coach...if he can't get through to him, no one can.

If this continues then this was a failed trade. A mans character is tested in the face of adversity.

I hope that Steph can develope into a leader, otherwise we are doomed if our best player is an egomaniac.

And if so, then give me Fatspoon, Eiesly, and what ever, cuz atleast those guys acted like a team an worked hard. This team is filled with very weak, soft character! Vin, Craw, Marbs, and TT!

Who knows, Maybe Isiah could have done better? We'll never know!

we are doomed if Stephon is our best player. He's not a franchise player.

Dolan is too stupid to realize that trading Steph might be a good thing. He'd rather just add payroll. If Marbury is traded it will be because of Isiah and I don't see that happening anytime soon.

what can we do to get Kurt out of town??????He is a freaking preak and he plays like one also....He is a worthless piece of u know what in this system and he will never be better.....Marburry is not getting along with him, because Marb knows that Kurt limits his success.....I said this early on in the season, and I will say it again, This knicks team will never be successful until Kurt and Houston are out of town.....more so Kurt.....Marb is a new comer in the eyes of Kurt and Kurt feels that the organization has disrespected the old guys by buttering Marburry.....This team could have been a much better team if Kurt wasnt around....Sweetney and the rest of the guys know their roles and they would have performed wonderfully...Kurt will never do that because he feels like Marburry is not all he is cracked up to be....Jordan had the same problem in the beginning, but he quickly established himself and got a lot of people fired....Marb needs to go to Isiah and demand that Kurt be removed from this team immediately....He has that right...He should be able to pick the players that he wants to play with...

Are you serious? What, you just got off the phone with Kurt and he let you know everything that he was feeling? Where do you get half of this crap? He let you know that he feels Marbury is not all that he's cracked up to be, that in his eyes Marbury is just a new comer? This entire post is absurd. And we're going to solve our problems by Marbury going to Isiah and demanding a teammate is removed immediately? And Marbury is the kind of Jordanesque talent where he should demand the players he gets to play with? Wake up... Kurt Thomas has given the same thing day in day out for years. Everyone talks about Marbury bringing it every night, well so does Kurt. You know you'll get close to a double double and a good effort on defense every night. He has never claimed to be a superstar. He's not as great as a talent as Marbury or anybody, so obviously his numbers are lower. But he is not the problem. He works hard for the team, you know what you'll get. He doesn't have an attitude problem that Marbury definitely has (e.g. "all alone" in new jersey, "best point guard in the league" in new york). I'm not going to change this into a bash Marbury post, but please, wake up...
