I heard of the Rosewood Massacres. I don't know what happened re: reparations there but i remember CLinton was involved in open forums if not hearings.
I honestly don't know about the question of reparations. I guess it somewhat depends on presenting evidence of governmental complicity. Certainly it was there on a local level. On a federal? Well what's a worse crime than kidnapping a group of people, stuffing them on a boat and then selling them into slavery. As a national policy. We went to war internally over that eventually. All sorts of terrible repercussions have taken place in our history because of slavery. Where do you determine just claims to reparations? I don't know.
I will say it's interesting to dialogue with you here where you come across so differently than your bombast in the Knick discussion threads.
