how much do we miss crawford and sweetney?

h20 looks shot. it's pretty bad. we almost have to go into the offseason thinking he's not on the team.

body language looks bad. this is almost like last year vs. milwaukee on abc. the question is, will tim thomas and the rest of the team wake up in the 2nd half? probably not.

btw, you figure with crawford out, h20 would pick up the slack but so would tim. h20 is still hurt and tim is just awful.

i feel bad for marbury. he's pretty much gotta carry the load the entire game. he's paid to be that guy but he's got to be exhausted at the end of games. especially without a real backup PG. now that's definitely isiah's fault.

If you guys don't like this game then you should start buying tickets and jerseys of the Knicks, and watching games, too.

The only thing the organization cares about is selling the product. As long as we fans keep buying it, they wount care if they give us a joke of a team with a joke of a "superstar", and a joke of coaching staff.

This is what you get because this is what sells. So don't complain now, we all should have thought about it before buying the hype.

As long as Knicks make money, they don't care if they are .500, under, over, or whatever.

seriously..how much do we miss Sweetney and Jamal. Hopefully people will stop dimenishing the importance of the 2 of them to this team. Jamal doesn't make us a better defensive team but at least he makes us a better offensive one.

With Craw and Sweetney emaybe we'd be loosing by 10 instead of 23.

Who cares man. This team blows.

Then again, its selling and it is giving the natinal audience what they want to see, James dunkin all over them. The NBA should be happy with how the game is going.

Good job Thomas!

I hate how lenny doesn't make them press whenever they are lucky enough to score. He lets the walk back on defense like they're up by 10. I wanna see the whole team pressing after a make but I guess that's never going to happen ...

Heads will roll after this one.

This is EMBARRASING. They are not even trying to stop their man defensively.

NY NEEDS A DEFENSIVE Coaah in charge. The offense will come as long as Marbs can do what he wants.

Lenny will be gone after this one.

I want to see Isiah walk out on the floor in the 2nd half and tell lenny to go back in the lockerroom and Isiah coaches the team. If you thought the way he fired Chaney was bad this will be even better!

That half just redefined the term "the basket was as wide as the ocean." I am very disapppointed in how this team seems to have dismantled over the course of this season when it was expected to get better. I think it's almost time we do addition by subtraction and ship out anyone undesirable in any deal that we can get good draft picks back

I understand that this team is not a good one yet, however, there are no excuses for underachieving. This team just isn't putting out an effort at all. I know we're missing our shots, but that is no excuse for letting your man on the other end get an open shot off. This is just embarrassing...

You guys are funny.

Do you really think letting Lenny go will make the players better? Cmon, this team is just bad. I'm all for letting Lenny go, but that should only be the first step towards admitting your team is garbage and trading everybody away for picks and cap space.

I'd much rather see a team loose for a reason, to get the high pick, then loose for no reason while pretending to be competitive.

I wish we would just blow this up, package people togehter with Marbury to get cap space, and tank the year.

A glimmer of hope maybe?!?

agree lenny is fired after this game. How soon will Jeff Van Gundy be available? Mark Aquire takes over as interim coach.

Lenny does not deserve all of the blame but he deserves most of it. He has shown that he can coach even when this team is at full strength and he sure can't get them to play when they aren't. nevermind the substition patterns

Exactly there is NO effort. That comes from liking the coach and playing for the coach. these gus should have some pride themselves but if they feel they are overmatched because the coach is then, they give up. This team has given up today.

i mean including pre-season, has anyone vere remebered getting shlled so many times like this? How many 30 point leads have we given up? this is the nba not college.

this is lenny's last game and i tell you why---while this team is severely defecient in many areas[they are NO where near an upper echlon team]they have a bit of a soft patch coming up in the schedule. They are smart enough to realize that canning the coach will give them a bit of an edge[usually does] and in combination with the soft patch, should get back out to .500[although it will be short lived] they can buy some time here, but the reality is we are NO where and I mean no where near a player. Understand why id be willing to give up almost anything to get Kwame brown here, because i cant stand watching our small F get dunked on for the last 5 years. ive had enough--yeah we needed radical change but so far this has been a flawed plan because weve had to take on so much collateral crap. Bad on isiah for paying Baker so much and bringing in his scrub buddies from indiana.

i think this game speaks for itself, i wouldnt mind shedding out and rebuilding at any time because this is a rag tag mes.

It's ok, it's ok, we're still leading the Atlantic. Have another glass everybody and drink up. It'll make you feel better.
