Folks if there's a deal with the Raptors then I believe it would be Allan Houston and Trevor Ariza for Vince Carter and Alvin Williams.

The key to the deal is that we take on AW's injury prone body and burdensome contract and we give them a 19 yr prospect who can jump out of the gym like VC used to.

As much as I hate giving up on Ariza, I would make this trade.

Likely expanded to

Houston, Ariza and either Hardaway or Tim Thomas

Carter, Alvin Williams, and Jalen Rose.

PIKE SOME FOLKS DON'T GET IT,they think we will get "only" the deals we want on this board without giving up younger blood. This is a team run by an owner who wants a show along with wins and zeke has tried his darndest to make it happen. THANK YOU VC!

Unfortunately in forums, many home town fans don't seem to understand that other teams are not in business to make deals with the Knicks that are not in their best interest.

I read an article about the situation today in the Toronto Sun where they mentioned (to paraphrase) "you can't blame Isiah Thomas for trying to peddle the Knicks recycling bin".
