The more I read abou him here, the more I want the team to trade him.

Are we a mob mentality here?

What is his worth? For that matter, what is Sweets or KTs worth?

Sometimes a change of scenery is good, most of the time, it does nothing.

I agree with the majority here, we definitely should push hard for Kwame right now since his value is as low as it probably will ever be. I don't have a problem with Isiah going after Vince, however, I will have a problem with Isiah if he continues to focus all of his time on getting Vince when there are guys like Kwame and Curry available right now. A change of scenery would do Kwame a lot of good. The kid has so much talent and height that it would be pretty idiotic for Isiah to not make an attempt to get him.

Playa, you must not know the history of Kwame. did you know that Patrick Ewing and Oakley were brought in specifically to cultivate he and Haywood?? Haywood digressed upon the arrival of Stackhous, but look at his stats his first year in the league. Jordan did an excellent job with those kids, Stackhouse failed them. Kwame was dumb enough to follow Stack's footsteps and he is now paying for it. Let me be the first to say this, Kwame will never, ever, reach his potential in this league. that boy doesn't have the eyes of the tiger.

How can you compare Jermaine Oneal to Kwame???? Jermaine showed flashes of a guy with a lot of skills and basketball IQ when he was with Portland. I remember in the playoffs versus the Lakers, he did a decent job guarding Shaq as a tweener. Kwame has a big mouth, but doesn't have what it takes to be the type of player that we have to pay $70 to 80 million to. Jermaine had to prove himself before he received that big pay check from Indy. I know that you are a clever guy, why would you want to pay Kwame more than the MLE right now??? what has he done in this league to deserve more than that? Please don't tell me that he 7' tall, because Nazr has been putting up good numbers for us and is collecting less than the MLE.

#1 Look at the big man teachers J.O'neal had in Portland, R.Wallace, That Lituania dude 7'3 + Brian Grant etc.. ALL VETS WHO PLAYED HIS POSITION.

In washington what Vet did he have to learn the game from who was also playing with him ?

Pat Ewing Charles Oakley? Those guys couldn't coach a worm in a hole. No seriously those guys were old school and everybody who comes in the league at 18 won't gravitate to those type of mentors.

J.Oneal had free sprited guys like R.Wallace Brian Grant who wasn't too old and wasn't that young. Somebody who an 18yr old immature kid could relate too. Jordan was old school along with Ewing and Oakley, Kwame needed someone who could relate to today's youngster players.

Al Harrington is another who got schooled the right way by someone who could relate to young guys Antoine Davis who even allowed him to come and live with his family while playing in Indiana.

JAMES DOLAN on Isiah : He's a good friend of mine and of the organization and I will continue to solicit his views. He will always have strong ties to me and the team.
