Kolek deserves minutes even when Jose comes back that pass to towns was freaking awesome . Even though he didn’t have a great game tonight he deserves burn.

Finally got that monkey off our back. Back in the win column.

Not happy with how sloppy we got immediately after the Kolek behind the back. Felt like guys were trying to get a little too flashy when we were up big and turned it back into a game.

Cap's shot still isn't there, but it'll show up. He definitely capitalized on the physical defense Detroit was throwing at him. KAT was fantastic. Mikal is a player again.

Good to get the first one! Especially down 13 and playing like **** and against a team that had our number last season. Pistons are a good regular season team and they play extremely physical (they had a gazzilion blocks in that 1st quarter) but great job by the team matching that physicality and playing suffocating defense! Pistons only scored 25 points in the 2nd and 3rd quarters combined! Great job of closing on shooters and I thought Drummond played a key role turning the game around. KAT was a monster (27/20) but had some dumb turnovers in the 4th trying to make the fancy pass. Loved the altercation with Reed! Hart squaring up to one of their assistants was hilarious! Cap's still rusty with that three point shot but he played a really good floor game setting up guys in the pick-and-roll. I think he'll have one of those 45 point games soon. Great to see Mikal hit some threes and Hart was 2/2 too! OG had some nice defensive plays and helped keep Cade in check! Kolek's no look pass was sick!

NO Duren but the 3rd quarter start was the the punch. Knicks came out as the champs.
No doubt Brown has to play the starters into shape and back in the groove.
Kat gonna be ok. Less drives as he did in the playoffs. Better decisons when he does. Has other stay off the floor and watch them offensive fouls. PauL Reed had a nice stretch, then garbage.
Asur Thompsan even with the big money is just dead between the ears. Elite athletics but just no light in the eyes. Brunson took him out. Jalen is also getting some well earned respect from the refs. Thats how it works. It was earned.
OG compared to Thompson. OG game has purpose and "soul". Asur is a robot. Detroit is riding with him and perhaps he continues to develop.
Even without Duren we beat a good team. Its a building block. Built a lead. Held the lead.
