Thibian Magic. the polls that players around the league don' want to play for him are scared.
Players with cred can get in his doghouse. Once there, its not easy to check out.
this gets you paid.
Shamet was brave enough to take the task on. He has not fully in the circle of trust but he is hanging tough.
Payne came and adapted. He is flawed and if he is not succeeding he gets the short hook.

Part of the reason I think they brought in PJ Tucker. Maybe not same vibe but something that was obviously missing, toughness.

He is a chaos player. No one is mistaking him for an all star, but the guy has undeniable ability to change the complexion of a game with his energy level and streak shooting. Also - maybe somehwhat of an insult - everything he does seems surprising. So when it happens its a jolt in both directions.
