Reality is Josh Hart's career has had highs and lows. He has shooting issues and not always in the flow of the offense.
He shines and we remember those moments.
He earned respect of fans and obviously Thibs. But he has to mesh with the starting line up and perhaps this is not easy.
His best moments are off the bench, put his head down and go balls to the wall in spurts. I said last year I did not love his playmaking as turnovers can be an issue with his passing. With the current rotation and starting he has to think more. Thats not his game. Squaring up his shoulders to shoot might be part of it.
Cure? Line up changes? Trades? Etc? Naw, let him play thru it. Let the team play thru its issues. I know we all hitting the panic button but there is a "break in" period. If we consider josh, thats three new starters That OG and Jalen have to mesh with. We tend to do plug and play and expect chemistry right away. Usually posters be doing usual things. Its cool.
Its gonna be great when it all comes together. Hopefully sooner than later. More times than not teams that do big changes like this at a high level don't win chips in year 1. Not my hope but Im respecting that. So if it takes 10 games, 20 games, or more Im good. If we don't make it past the 2nd round lets see how that happened. Injuries? Sometimes the other team is just better.
