The history in that region is thousands of years long with borders changing through conflict, war and alliance. Israel is another chapter in that long story. Should they not be allowed to exist?

I will let you know that I am really ignorant on this topic, don't even know which direction those missiles are headed. More just a commentary on all of the horrific things going on in that region of the world, all of which I have zero understanding but know this is a lot of everything for you.

One of the spots in the world I have always wanted to visit is Israel. I am hopeful you and I have that chance to share some day, that would be most excellent to me. I'll be ready within a year or so if you are.

Horrific indeed. Innocent people surrering on both sides. Heartbreaking, unacceptable and needs to stop immediately. These were 181 missiles Iran sent over in Israels general direction. Thanks to the Iron Dome, loss of life and damage was minimized. Sadly one Palestinian lost their lives when struck by a missile in the West Bank. I'm pretty sure our vantage point from here has the same level of specificity of direction as Iran had when they shot the missiles. They could give a damn, as long as they hurt Jews.

Three of my kids are in Jerusalem now. Along with my dad, brothers, sisters and a multitude of uncles, aunts and extended family. Would love to take y'all there! It's a beautiful country. I discovered my love of the Knicks when studying there in 1999. Waking up at 2am each morning to watch Spree, Houston, Camby, Pat and Ward is a memory I treasure forever.
