Back to backs are kinda tough but that's what you work out for, right? The more you work out, the easier it gets. In theory.

My wife got me a set of four resistance bands for 20 bucks,that came with a pouch to transport and store them. I broke them out for the first preseason game. Did a full body workout during the game. Did biceps, triceps upper and mid back, chest, shoulders, squats cable pull thrusts, glute bridges and more in the first quarter. Hey guys let's train during the games.

Don't know about you but I want to look good in my old blue gym shorts from HS with my knee high tube sox and tank top like a bigger version of my Junior HS self. Want my wife to revive her sheer lust at enjoying my body as she once did 25 years ago. Don't we all, fellas, ????
