"What does it mean"? I think that Thibs likes proven players to which I doubt we see BOTH Rokas and Tyler. Or, as indicated that a trade with Deuce is in the works. Miles is a proven young player on a great contract that likely has 1st round trade value.

It also means Randle time in NY could be over? This is a most interesting subject. Im open minded to him staying or others such as Sengun and even KAT. I trust Leon and Co. on this. They put this thing together thus far.

1) Love the Payne signing. Strong shooting skills. Great wingspan for a small dude. Showed real passing skills behind CP3 in Phoenix.

2) I see him more as DDV insurance than Brunson insurance. But could be both. Don’t want to call him a chucker, but Can can let those 3s fly and hit them at a high clip.

3) Does somewhat create a bit of depth at Pg/SG. I like the competition going into camp.

4) Begs the question if they let Randle run some time at Center on offense where they have OG to pick up the Center on D if needed? Brunson/DDV/Bridges/OG/Randle? Just play the matchups?

5) If 4 is possible, might make sense to still pursue Gary Trent with the $5m MLE. Though I could see them reserving that for a waiver wire player. Trent is turnover prone but otherwise a dawg.

Good vet guard to replace Burks on the bench. I don't think this impacts Deuce at all considering how Leon wouldn't include him in the Mikal trade. I don't think he'd include him in a trade for someone like Kessler or Richards either.

Now can we please take care of Precious?

Deuce plays both guard positions he’s very much still an everyday part of the rotation and probably still primarily the backup pg

nice signing by Leon, they guy dont' back down, like his attitude on the court and a bit streaky but his shooting three pointers is good. What this means? Who knows but a good guess is having both Kolek and Duece???? Knicks must love the fact NBA will be picking up part of that 3.1m.

So would I but that's not how the real world works. Deuce is not yet an above average PG. He is a great combo guard.

The Knicks are in it to win it. Payne got the reins when it rains in Spain (that's code for fathead injury)
