Read they were trying to move Dejuan also. Also has a “personality” that is a bit abrasive.
Maybe moving collins is enough. Dejuan is due an extension.
Quinn Snyder is a heck of a coach so I think this is more about finding the right guys for his system.
And explains jettisoning Cam but we already kind of knew that. Of course Thibs then went and killed his career.
I tend to look at it like Thibs gave him an opportunity and check list. I, nor any of us privy to the check list.
Im going to assume he did not complete the list and got sent to the bench.
We created an opportunity for him and us. It failed to materialize.
I see it as Cam did not execute and thus he was sent to Portland.
How he do in Portland? Seemed like he played a lot then didn't. Wha'happen?
Yeah. He talks about his checklist in detail in this interview.

Oh wait. You made the whole checklist thing up. He says that if you weren't in the inner circle, Thibs put a lot of pressure on you to perform in your limited time. And that pressure made it difficult.
After March 27, Portland shut Reddish down with a back injury. No other inference needed.
No need to hate on the young man. He is 23, like our boy Barrett. I think Reddish will make someone really happy someday. I'd take him back if I thought Thibs would let him play.
