Typical outhustle, 3 or 4 shots lead to the open 3pt shot. Pathetic. Get a rebounder already, ridiculous.

Dumb Randle last second no shot, have we seen this movie before? Has Grimes open in his sweet spot for the open 3pt.

Not going to get better coaching.

Obi, was having a good start. The clippers are playing multiple wings and no center, nothing wrong with keeping Obi in, while benching Barrett. Instead RJ back in while shooting 2-11 commits and horrible foul immediately.

Grimes touched the ball 3 times in the first 8 minutes. Hard to watch this offense. The shots are there if they love the ball. It’s head down Randle, Brunson one on one and hand offs. What is the coach doing?

Does anyone else find Monica Mcnutt super annoying?
She is never serious and just comes off as amateurish...
I love all the other Knciks announcers and analysts, but she alwayus dumbs down the conversation.

Down 7 @ the half and feels like we should be down 30+. Everytime it's 1-4 points they go on another big run.

I hate to admit it but my dude R.J. Barrett had one of his worst 1st halves I've ever seen while only going 2-11 (4 points). I can tell he's trying way too hard and hopeful that he'll relax and just let the game come to him 2nd half.

Our team Defense was ugly against the 3 and unfortunately allowed an insane 12 3's made against us (12/21 @ 57%) can't happen 2nd half.

Keys to a 2nd half comeback

1.) Don't allow anything more than 5-6 3's given up and 2.) R.J. Barrett has to calm down, attack the paint and look for teammates and 3.) Have a big 3rd Q and at least outscore LAC by 5+ in order to 4.) A chance at a 4th Q dog-fight.

Disagree she has great insight. Enjoyed her commentary on the the radio broadcast recently. She just smiles a lot. She is much smarter then Frankenstein, what's his name

Almost any offensive-minded coach could do better. They should be down 20 with all these open 3s. Despite being within reach, they play low-IQ BB by constantly shooting themselves in the foot. Kawhi loses his dribble, nobody grabs it. They don't box out on the offensive boards, often there is no rebounder to be seen. At least iHart tries, Sims is a joke. Constantly outhustled on the defensive boards, how hard is it to see that teams take advantage with 3pt shot barrages, so the ones they miss are going to be long rebounds, just basic basketball IQ. Sickening play. Any bench opponent can come in and hit 40% plus on three, like Batum or Straus, yet starter Barrett can't hit any open 3s, they aren't even guarding him there. Meanwhile, despite the drive strip, he has been mostly money on drives, just stubborn low-IQ play by RJ. Really no different than EF scoring points and giving them up on the other end, RJ -16. His SG opponent, George +13. A 29 pt difference. INSANITY.

Barrett is an absolute liability so far in this game. Thibs needs to get him off the floor so fast that he gets whiplash.

This is when a real coach sits the guy that’s 2-12 and getting torched every possession.

He realizes that Simms isn’t getting it done tonight and puts Hart in and gives RJs minutes to IQ and Obi.

Hell, maybe even says Cam get you’re defense gets you on the court.

But, won’t see any of that. Won’t see a back screen for anyone, won’t see grimes in a pick and roll switch…

That's how you lose a game, thanks RJ. A clear path to the hoop pulls back, misses an open shot, the other end 3pt make. Thibs should have put him in the 2nd unit as a halftime adjustment, but that is wishful thinking. Terrible start to the 2nd half. But typical.

In this game, RJ looks like a college player who's in over his head in an NBA game. I know I'm knocking him and I'm normally a fan but he's having an awful night to put it mildly.

Hmmm...So why does IQ immediately give up the ball to Randle in the backcourt after a made Clipper shot...allowing Randle, a PF, to bring it up and not IQ, a PG?
