Thus, Dolan who has been known to make some dumb ass decisions and creating a dysfunctional FO has really not done so this time.

I did not say everyone should be fired now. However, Thibbs has been the coach for three years. If we don’t at least get into the play-in, then this team has not progressed in three years and it would be time to start looking for a new person to run things, whether that is just replacing the coach or replacing everyone.
Thibs first seaosn he took a team that won 23 games to a 4th seed an COY.
Second year was 37 win team and very much lacking at some positions.
The places our yoot were drafted and are not progressing is not a failure. Did you forget how our yoot was as rookies and how far they have come? Drose who was the savior of one season was out last year?
Thibs and this whole organization basically been in place two seasons and 8 games.
