The lakers realized after 1 season Fizz is so garbage he even hurts your team as a do nothing assistant with a made up job

New coach Darvin Ham Kept two but they parted with Fiz, John Luca III and Mike Pembry.
were they losers too? Or is this part of normal protocol were a new coach can develope his own staff?
I don’t recall the media having a melt down after he was fired.
