People forget how unpopular H20 was until we got to the playoffs. In fact regular season H20 was a frustrating experience, much like Fournier

Knicks fans hate everyone at some point unless they're in the G League.

Knick fans fill the garden pretty dam good for a team that has scked for 20+ years. Fans in general probably have love/hate relationships with most players.. Theres only a couple of tom brady Michael Jordans in the world. The president of the US prob only has 50% fans. Thats it.

Usually less than 50%

Still, the chemistry seems to be getting better, and he’s had numerous defensive plays recently where I think he’s giving better effort.

Hopefully we start next year in a better place than we did this year.

We need a new pg to keep Randle in check

even tho it's the coaches' job . . .

congrats Evan Fournier!

What no one has mentioned is his leadership. I think he is one of our top leaders.

He's looked bad at times - but the body of work this season is solid. Sure, he is eating stats on a bad team that has to score a number of points.

I think he can be part of a winning team.

I don’t disagree. He has a couple bad habits on defense that leave him out of position, hips facing the wrong way, footwork behind a step letting people get by him. It’s fixable. It might cost him a bit in the steal column to fix it, but he seems to reach with his feet instead of getting low and shuffling.

Toward the end of the game he feinted to get Charlotte to pick up the ball, looked somewhat like he was jousting, but he left himself so far out of position, the PG was able to run past him from 8 feet away and behind mid court, he couldn’t recover his footing in time to stay in front of his man. It was a great example because in a smaller half court, it actually isn’t as obvious as it was there.

It’s hilarious because his footwork at the 3 point line on offense is great, so I know he has it in him. He just has to stop fencing for the ball and stay in front of his man.

His passing tonight was pretty good. Despite mediocre shooting tonight I thought he had a good game.

You know I gonna spin wit it

Listening to the postgame, Thibs really like Fournier. He is doing exactly what they expected and what he’s being paid to do. A lot can happen in the offseason but I think outside of Barrett, Fournier is the safest player to return back to the starting lineup. He’s not getting traded. Whatever PG we get and moves are made, Fournier's shooting will he needed in the lineup.

We are more willing to overlook flaws in players 19-22 years old because of the upside argument. 27+ year old players generally are what they are.

Every inch of wingspan past ones standing height offers one more year of patience.

frank was 6-6, with 7’1 span. He in his 5th year on a one year deal. Time might be up?
Deuce? Has a 4 inch span over his height. See how it goes for him.

Grimes or Reddish over Fornier? LOL, thats a fun one to not argue over!

Fournier had a really good season. He was one of the best offensive players in the league. RJ/Randle are literally the lowest EFG% players we have and they are easily #1 and #2 in shot attempts. That is the season right there.

1st half of season was the Kemba experiment. 2nd half is how much we miss Derrick Rose.
