You think Knicks will give RJ a huge contract to open passing lanes for EF? This is what I mean by flawed. Somebody has to play a role that doesn’t include scoring, but impacts the game and only Mitch is doing that in the starting lineup.

Hence we fall behind and the bench tries to save us. It’s a broken record.

Last 7 games for Randle:

14 pts, 35% fg, 21% 3pt fg & 9 rbs....

I understand the point you are making. I responded to NYK the way I did because Evan is his whipping boy while he let's Randle off the hook...

Still, the 21-year-old Barrett acknowledged his desire to emerge as a leader on and off the court during his third season with the Knicks. “I feel Year 3, also just being with this staff and these guys for a couple years now, it’s a lot easier for me, because I’m out there on the court experiencing things, seeing things, just trying to help in any way that I can,” Barrett said. “I feel that leadership is not just what you say. It’s what you do, how you act, how you comport yourself in the facility, on the court, in the games everywhere. “So, just trying to bring positive energy. And also, I think that the staff and the players have trust in me, as well, that if I say something or if I put my two cents in that we can have a conversation about it.”

Knick fans: "Man, we should have gotten him!"
Clipper fans 5 weeks ago: "we should never have resigned him"

Mitch few weeks ago: "Slow, sucks, out of shape"
Of late: "we should have extended him despite my ignorance of facts".

Randle last year: Fuck KP, "we are so lucky!"
This year: "omg, he is lazy, thin skinned, and not a leader".

RJ; "His third year, he is always sick, he is not a leader, lets trade him, picks, obi for Haliburton"
Of late: "oh ****, he is still 21, he is coming on, he is killing it, we might have our star!!"

EF: "He is ruining my life"
Of late "he is inconsitant"

Thibs last year: "He is COY, brilliant!"
This year: "he needs to listen to me, the fan. Stop being stubburn, he don't play yoot!" (he does)

Other teams play thru it like they are with Reggie Jax. Remember patience? Nope?
