EF didn't forget to play basketball. The whole starting 5 has sucked all year. The flow of the offense is non-existent. Energy feed off defense and offense. The SL gives poor effort.
They seem in a vicious circle of no effort, poor rythm, poor play. It is their job to figure it out otherwise they deserve to be called out but I don't think the problem is individual regression.

People calling him out for his lack of d - he couldn’t hit several open 3s last night vs g-state. At a minimum he needs to do that and couldn’t.

I see a lot of arguments that would have been similar to trading Randle and RJ just 2-3 months into the 2019 season.

remember that time we traded 'The Unicorn' (**** you Janis) and part of advantage of the deal was we got rid of THJ's contract? I know different guys made the decisions but what the actual ****

Agreed. Whether Fournier is a long term starter or a quality backup scorer, we owe him time to figure it out. Whatever he had at the beginning of the season against the Celtics is in there somewhere.

Other than that a total liability on D whose shooting has been a disappointment

Yes, we all need a pariah to vent on, but EF isn't the reason Randle and RJ are nowhere near last season. And DRose. And Quickley. And MitchRob. And Noel. And Taj Gibson. It's literally the whole ****ing team. Kemba was a bad bet that lost.

Give it a break. FO shelled out 78 million for EF. He's not going into the trash bin anytime soon.

Fournier is not a great player by any means but he's not paid like one. His TS% and his ws/48 are the worst he had his whole carreer. There is something wrong this year for the whole SL. Imho, randle's style of play is part of the problem.

Burks 2020 41,42/12 / 2021 39,39,11
IQ 2020 39,40,11 / 2021 32,37,10 (In more minutes per game)
Rose 2020 41,50,15 / 2021 40,47,12

EF averages 38,50,14 for his career. What did you expect?

Not making an excuse for him but just pointing out A) the entire team is responsible. B) Expectations should have been managed.
